Students can grant access to parents and other users to view information:» Billing (account balance and online bill paying)» Class schedule» Financial aid (financial aid requirements and awards)» Grades (mid-term and final grades)» Housing and meal plans» Personal information (such as local address and phone)

One StopePromise Financial Responsibility Agreement
» All students are required to sign a Financial Responsibility Agreement every fall and spring semester.
» The system will not allow you to register for a future fall or spring semester until you have signed the agreement.
» Students can fill out the ePromise Agreement at MiamiOH.edu/ePromise.

» Fall semester bill is due Thursday, August 4, 2016.
» Electronic bills – students will receive an email to their MiamiOH.edu email address when the bill is available; bills are not mailed.
» If the student has authorized other individuals to view their billing information, those individuals will also be copied on billing notification emails.
» Other billing notification emails are sent throughout the year due to miscellaneous charges such as parking fines.

Students and authorized users can make a payment by clicking on “One Time
Payment” or set up a payment plan by clicking on
“Payment Plans.”
The Summary screen provides the user with a view of the total amount
due. This includes the current balance minus any Pending Aid and expected
Payment Plan credits.

One StopRedHawk Refunds (Direct Deposit)
» Student refunds can be automatically deposited into a bank account.
» If not enrolled in RedHawk Refunds, a paper check will be mailed to the student’s local mailing address.
» Refunds are issued to the student with the exception of Parent PLUS loan refunds, which are refunded to the parent borrower(s) unless the parent borrower(s) provided authorization for the refund to be sent to the student.
» Enroll in RedHawk Refunds at MiamiOH.edu/RedHawkRefunds.

» An Authorization of Charges form must be completed to allow federal aid to be applied towards a student’s bill.
» Students should be aware of any outstanding requirements to finalize aid:» Alert notices and outstanding requirements needed to finalize aid can be
found at MiamiOH.edu/myMiami on the “My Bill and Aid” tab.» All required information should be submitted as soon as possible.» The status of requirements can be viewed on myMiami.
» Any award(s) must be reviewed and accepted or declined as appropriate.
» Any additional non-Miami scholarships or aid should be reported via the link on myMiami.

» Federal Direct Loans (for students)» Apply by completing the FAFSA at fafsa.gov.» Available to students on financial aid award letter.
