• Use sans serif fonts

• Use a size 12 or larger font

• Use pre-defined headings

• Use alternative text for images

• Use tables for data that should be read horizontally first

• Use columns for data that should be read vertically first

Presentations

• Use pre-defined slide layouts

• Use sans serif fonts

• Use tables/columns according to how the data should be read
