Online Acquittal Support Information System (OASIS) Performance and Output Reports Completion

1. Select the Start link next to the Performance and Output Report

2. The Performance and Output Report will open

Note. Performance reports save automatically every 5 minutes.

3. Each Performance Measure indicate whether a Whole Number or Text response will be required

4. Every data/comment box must have information for the report to progress for approval. If there is no comment to make enter ‘Nil Comment’ or ‘NA’ in the comment box

5. Each Performance and Outcome Measure has an Information link that can be accessed. Select the link to display Measure Information

6. Each Outcome Measure indicate whether an Achieved Unit or Text response will be required

7. Every data/comment box must have information for the report to progress for approval. If there is no comment to make enter ‘Nil Comment’ or ‘NA’ in the comment box

8. Output Measures display Period Target Units and Tolerance as per the Service Agreement. These fields are pre-populated and cannot be edited

9. Populate the Achieved Units and Comments fields as required for the Output Report section

If the Performance and Outcome Measures and/or Outputs are not displayed on the report, please contact your Primary CSO for assistance

10. Once all information has been entered select Alert Approver:Ready to Submit to send the report for approval by the NGO Approvers

11. The report will now be displayed in the Service Task List

12. Once the report is approved it will be removed from the task list and will be located in the View Reports and Documents screen

13. To view the Performance Report click on the reporting period in Date Due column
