Move Money Moving money is easier than ever, whether transferring internally between Orlando Federal accounts, or externally to accounts at other financial institutions, you can even transfer to other people using email or text. My Accounts Take a peek at your Orlando Federal account history without leaving the homepage. Make a Payment (Pay Your Bills) It's just like your checkbook, only easier. Additional Services Apply for a loan, set up Alerts, re-order checks, access your eStatements, redeem your Credit Card Rewards or place a Stop Payment. We’ve added a new look and feel that makes it effortless to manage your money without leaving the main screen through quick links and an easy-to-write check. Drill down to access more functionality such as setting up alerts and scheduling transfers or payments. • This integrated Online Banking experience is for all your devices, using the same login credentials and security features. We’ll have new apps for smartphones and tablets on both the Apple ® and Android™ platforms and mobile web capabilities for other devices. • The upgraded security features include a verification code when you sign up from new devices and security notification when someone logs in from a new device. • You’ll now be able to set up and pay bills on your desktop, phone or tablet. • The new system includes a “forgot your password” feature which allows you to set a new password for your account from a registered security device. • A locator search will be available for mobile devices. Members can search for the closest Orlando Federal Credit Union branch, a COOP Shared Branch™ or surcharge-free ATM. • There will also be a direct sign-on to re-order checks in Online Banking; bring up past order history. • Plus, a calendar and calculator will be right at your fingertips. STEP 1 - Enter Your InformationWhen the system is available on June 12, existingOnlineuserswillgototheloginfeatureontheOrlandoFederalwebsite,sameasbeforethechange.Thefirst timeyoulogintothenewOnlineBanking,youwilluseyour Member Number astheUsername and the last 6 digits of the Primary Owner’s Social Security Number as the Password.
