Details:

This design transforms the Sydney Fish Markets site into a thriving waterfront destination for tourists and

locals alike. It consists of a series of pedestrian streets that radiate out from a new fish markets building.

There are strong pedestrian links connecting to open space in Wentworth Park and the Glebe Island

Bridge. Water Sensitive Urban Design helps treat stormwater before it runs into Blackwattle Bay. There

are also a new series of wharfs, boardwalks and urban streams, providing opportunities to interact and

celebrate with the waterfront.
