Main features of the ON-X’s reporting solution
The ON-X's reporting solution can be implemented on a standard technical architecture without specific prerequisites. The
system operates independently and uses the data stream specified by the ARJEL, available within the operator's front-end
device. The system relies on very simple and proven Middleware & BI technologies and has good operating and maintenance
capabilities. The reporting solution is clearly non intrusive with respect to the operator's information system; consequently it
has a high level of portability. The various data managed by the ON-X’s reporting solution can be integrated in the operator’s
business intelligence system and also in its customer relationship management system. Finally, the system is open to adding
other data sources and their associated reports or dashboards.
Standard ON-X’s services
The standard ON-X's solution covers all the reports specified in appendix 2 of the ARJEL “DET” (sections 1-5). The services of
ON-X include the license to use the reporting solution and its implementation in the operator environment.
