Online Marketing Tips - How A Mini-Vacation Can Get Your Business Off To A Fast Start Taking a short vacation close to home can help you to become more productive as you build your online business. I started doing this in 2007, and learned how to use the time away from home most effectively, accomplish more of my bigger goals, and connect with new people that I might not ever have encountered. Allow me to expand upon these ideas here. When you are just getting started online you probably don't have the time or the money to take a real vacation. At least that was my experience when I began my Internet business back in 2006. But sitting in front of the computer for many hours each day can take its toll on you in the form of neck and back pain and a feeling of overwhelm. That's when I decided to take a twenty-four hour break and go on a mini-vacation. At the time I was living in the San Fernando Valley section of Los Angeles. This is also only an hour from the beach in Ventura, so I went online to see what I could find. I ended up getting a room right across the street from the beach at a very fair price. I left home early on a Saturday morning to drive over to Ventura and then found a coffee shop where I could do some writing for my business. It was very quiet there so my thoughts flowed and I mapped out new product ideas, blog posts, and more. By the time I checked into my room I was ready to plug in my laptop and get to work. I realized right then that I could do this every couple of months to feel like I was going on a working vacation. I went out for a quick dinner and came back to the room to continue working. On Sunday morning I went down to the hotel lobby to get some coffee and a pastry, and then returned to my room to work until I had to check out at eleven. I was back home by noon, and filled with new ideas I was ready to implement. I had also done more work while I was there than I usually did in a week at home. Can you see how this strategy could help you get your online business off the ground more quickly? Finding a place close to home where you can escape to get some work done is perfect for online entrepreneurs. Online Marketing Tips - How A Mini-Vacation Can Get

Your Business Off To A Fast Start

Taking a short vacation close to home can help you to become more productive as you

build your online business. I started doing this in 2007, and learned how to use the time

away from home most effectively, accomplish more of my bigger goals, and connect with

new people that I might not ever have encountered. Allow me to expand upon these

ideas here.

When you are just getting started online you probably don't have the time or the money

to take a real vacation. At least that was my experience when I began my Internet

business back in 2006. But sitting in front of the computer for many hours each day can

take its toll on you in the form of neck and back pain and a feeling of overwhelm. That's

when I decided to take a twenty-four hour break and go on a mini-vacation.

At the time I was living in the San Fernando Valley section of Los Angeles. This is also

only an hour from the beach in Ventura, so I went online to see what I could find. I

ended up getting a room right across the street from the beach at a very fair price. I left

home early on a Saturday morning to drive over to Ventura and then found a coffee shop

where I could do some writing for my business. It was very quiet there so my thoughts

flowed and I mapped out new product ideas, blog posts, and more.

By the time I checked into my room I was ready to plug in my laptop and get to work. I

realized right then that I could do this every couple of months to feel like I was going on

a working vacation. I went out for a quick dinner and came back to the room to continue

working.

On Sunday morning I went down to the hotel lobby to get some coffee and a pastry, and

then returned to my room to work until I had to check out at eleven. I was back home by

noon, and filled with new ideas I was ready to implement. I had also done more work

while I was there than I usually did in a week at home.

Can you see how this strategy could help you get your online business off the ground

more quickly? Finding a place close to home where you can escape to get some work

done is perfect for online entrepreneurs.

money to live the life you choose. Download a free teleseminar on building your online
