Cisco Webex is an American company that develops and sells web conferencing and videoconferencing applications. It was formed in 2007, when Cisco Systems acquired Webex.
Its headquarters is in Milpitas, California.

Once you click, you will enter into your meeting page, like below:

To start/schedule any meeting following are the steps:
Click on meetings / Click on Schedule / Start a Meeting
If you click on start meeting first, then it will immediately start meeting page, then you can invite participants as above screen
And enjoy your meeting.
Or else other best option is to Schedule Meeting, it will give you all the option
to set your meeting. You can set following main things:
o Meeting Topic
o Password
o Date & Time
o Duration
o Location

Other Advanced options are available to customize your meeting such as,
o Agenda, o Email reminder for meeting, o Other meeting option as in following screen: such as all participants can take
notes / chat option.

These are the other privilege option which are very much necessary when more participants are there in a meeting, and if you provide all privilege to all participants then it will take more and more bandwidth as well as more disturbance during meeting.
Use all these options to schedule meeting
After clicking ok, click on schedule and your meeting is scheduled and the information of meeting such as meeting link, Meeting id, password and host key will displayed on your screen, which you can utilize.

To join any Invitation of meeting
If link of meeting is provided to you and you are working on desktop/laptop, just paste in web browser address bar, and meeting will be started, you will get following screen.
Or use Meeting id and password to join meeting after login into Webex.

On Mobile Device, use Webex Meet Mobile app When you star App, you will get following screen
Once you click on join meeting, you have to provide, meeting number or URL or
username
If you are a host then you can start the meeting and then add/Invite participants or schedule meeting.
Use first figure’s three dots option, it will help you to schedule meeting, as well as recording session as per following screens

And you are in meeting, you can mute audio or disable Video as per your wish.
In other option with three dots, you can get option of share content, chat with everyone, polling, Audio only mode etc.
I am not covering chat / polling option in detail because it will be as easy as you chat on social media.
