Short intro, who am I.

During my career I did all the job functions that you can find in an advertising agency.

Professional experience.

Truvo Belgium Comm. v – (04/2014 - 30/06/2016 bankruptcy)

Client Service Director. Production Manager. Traffic Manager. Planning Manager.

With my knowledge I was asked by Truvo to help set up their advertising agency.

We started with 7. I helped to build out the advertising department to more than twenty

employees. In the beginning, I did all the jobs that you can find in an advertising agency.

From client service to planning, traffic, production and invoicing.

I trained Account Managers to make good offers. So I brought in the customer Retif.

I gave training in copy and print production to sales to explain how to get briefings by our

customers. I was responsible for the final check before the crea/DTP was printed.

I was responsible for the smooth running of jobs and that nothing was delivered too late.

I was responsible for finding and testing new suppliers such as copywriters, film and radio

studios, printing companies.

I was responsible for all budget control and invoicing.

I went to our customers to note the briefing and worked it out until a communication plan

and executed this plan to finished product. With my recent digital marketing training I

worked on Social Media, SEO and SEA recommendations.
