Online Public Service Entrance Exam (PSEE) The Post-Secondary Recruitment competition introduced the on-line Public Service Entrance Exam (PSEE) two years ago. For 2013 it has two parts: Sub-test 1 (Reasoning) which all applicants must take between October 10 and 15 and which is the same as in the past, and Sub-test 2 (Judgement) which is a new component that applicants may be required to take, if requested. Candidates have to pass the PSEE before being “invited” to sit for subsequent in-class exercises some time in November. Written at specified locations across Canada and abroad, these include the Graduate Recruitment Test (GRT), Written Communication Proficiency Test (WCPT) and Situational Judgement Test (SJT). The on-line PSEE is simply a screening tool. The purpose is to cut down the number of job-seekers advancing to the next stage of the recruitment process, and reduce logistical costs and confusion for the government that in-class testing involves. Our PSEE Prep Services PSEE study materials are available on this website.
