Online Request Procedure: Certificate Documents/Academic Record
In case of, student who cannot pick up document(s) personally;
The representative must have a power of attorney of the person who requested the
document(s) with a copy of student card or a copy of citizen ID card, or a copy of passport
(foreigner).
To Download Power of Attorney Form, Click!
Login: https://reg.siit.tu.ac.th/registrar/login.asp
Select “Request Certificate” from the menu and follow the instructions.
Payment
1. Make a payment at the Finance and Budget Division (Rangsit or Bangkadi campus) or
2. Transfer money (Account No. as page 4).
(After transferring money, please attach a receipt via E-mail: [email protected])
Processing time
Pay before 12:00 p.m. the document will be issued on the next working day.
Pay after 12:00 p.m. the document will be issued on the next 2 working days.
Obtaining of documents
Personally, pick up at Academic Services & Registration Division (Rangsit campus).
Office hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Required documents:
1. A payment receipt
2. Student card/ Citizen ID card or Passport (foreigner)

2. Press “Login” to enter website.
3. Login with student ID, and fill in the password then press “Login”.
4. Press “Back” to skip this process.

6. Step 1 : Select a document. Step 2 : Fill in the number of copies. Step 3 : Select pick up location at Rangsit campus. Step 4 : Press “Submit”. 7. Press Submit to confirm.
