Before we had online solutions for drug testing, the only way for an employer to order a drug test was by sending their donor to a collection site with a paper 5-part Custody and Control Form (CCF). When the drug test was complete, the lab provided the result to the employer, typically by fax. A phone call into customer service was the only way for an employer to receive a status update. Drug testing was a cumbersome, paper-based waiting game.

Electronically integrating an ATS directly to our online systems, reduces the number of applications that need to be accessed by creating what is essentially a custom drug testing portal complete with electronic CCFs, real-time status tracking, and online result reporting.

Drug testing using eCCFRealize the benefits of using an electronic Custody and Control Form (eCCF), which include less paperwork, faster results, efficient collections, and streamlined delivery of eCCF copies for both regulated and non-regulated testing. Quest Diagnostics is authorized by the National Laboratory Certification Program (NLCP) to perform drug testing using eCCF.
