Each remote event starts with an uplifting video briefing from one of our experienced facilitators who will be present through video. Participants will then be sent through to their own virtual team rooms where they jump into their activity, completing challenges through our app, all from the comfort and safety of their own home.

All our activities are available in either Swedish or English and can be played with your co-workers in other cities/countries.

The team Quiz is designed as a virtual pub-quiz to replace the after-work social.

It is played in teams and encourages participants to slow things down and have fun together. Hosted through video conference by one of our experienced event managers, you will be up against your colleagues to have fun and see who can score the highest points.

With plenty of laughs, this challenge creates a feeling of unity without the need to actually be together.

Based on the popular escape room challenges, this highly engaging and experiental team event involves an hour-long collection of tasks, where teams have the chance to solve puzzles, tackle questions and answer riddles. Using augmented reality technology, teams will have to scan the right objects to unlock tasks, challenges and codes. The activity is conducted outdoors in the participant’s own environment.

After a hosted introduction through video conference, the participants are then divided into smaller virtual teams of 4 people, and are off to compete with their team to score as many points as possible.

The tasks are all worth different points and are linked to 5 different themes: food & drink, society & culture, sports, travel and cerebral.

Team participants are in contact with each other throughout the activity. After 60 minutes of play they are once again invited to join the video conference to sum up the activity and crown the winning team.

What better way to kick off your day or week than with this motivational experience? With a new challenge every day for 10 weekdays, participants inspire each other by performing photo- and video challenges.

It can be anything from presenting an artistic photo taken of something in your home office or nominate a colleague who has done something particularly good. The main focus is to increase motivation by breaking the loneliness and boostingthe energy among the co-workers. The challenges do not have a deadline and can be performed (individually) at any time during the duration of the kick-off. If you miss one day you can catch up the next.

The photos and videos will be saved into a presentation for your team to share, creating a lasting memory and plenty of fun!

Virtual Kick off is an upbeat creative activity that stretches over 10 weekdays. A fun and easy way to maintain positive energy and cohesion.

What do you need?To prepare for our activities, participants need to make sure they have access to the following before the activity:

A computer or tablet with working sound and camera

Internet connection

Access to video conferencing service via client or browser.

A smartphone with our app downloaded - Wildgoose (iOS) / Mobile Adventures (Android)

Our app is free to download and use.

Our activities start at the same time for all participants. Starting with a hosted introduction through video conference the participants are then divided into smaller groups and sent to their own virtual team-rooms to start the game. Our event managers are present during the whole activity and visit the teams during the game.

Teams are engaged in their activity and perform challenges through our award winning app. The app is downloaded directly through the App Store or Google Play.

The challenges are built with a great variety of content and functionality, to recreate what we love about working in a lively office - a social AW quiz, a clever murder mystery, our team-enforcing activity Code Breaker or the Scout Hunt which encourage teams to the outdoors during the course of the game.

The virtual kick-off is played individually with a new assignment every day for 10 days. All photos and videos created during the game period are presented, updated daily and shared with all participants.

The activity is built to bring together the team, stimulate cohesion and increase energy in a fun and engaging way.
