Online Web Enquiries System:
Online Web Enquiries System seems to be working fine since its launch and in order to
make it more effective, we have added some more features, which would help the
branches as well as the Area Heads/TM/DTM, to keep a track on the enrollments.
I. The New Features added to Online Web Enquiries System are as follows:
1. Branches can enter the response of the enquiry and also can view the status of
the enquiry at any time.
2. Area Heads/TM/DTM, can view the status of the enquiries of a particular
branch or all the branches in his territory.
Branch Heads Instructions: -
1. After login in, on clicking the ‘GO’ button from any of the enquiries - the enquiries
listed in the ‘Enquiries’ tab will be displayed as shown in the following screenshot.
As these enquiries are available dynamically from the database, we advise you to
download them every alternate day and save it on to your system.
You can view the enquiries only if they are from your City / Area.
Note: Save the enquiries to your system because it will be moved to the next tab.
2. After saving enquiries, click on the “Click here”, in Enquiries Tab as highlighted in
the following screenshot.
3. By clicking on “Click here”, the following page will be displayed and all the enquiries
are moved to the ‘Response’ tab.
4. After saving the enquiries, when you click on the “click here”, the enquiries will be
moved to the ‘Response’ tab as shown below. This will help you to follow up the
enquiries.
5. In this page you need to select the response for the enquiry from the dropdown menu,
For e.g. if the enrollment is expected within 10 to 15 days, then mark the status as HOT
from the dropdown menu as shown in the following screenshot. Similarly for WARM
(within 1 month) and COLD (expected but not sure) options.
After selecting the response accordingly, click on the submit button.
6. If the enrollment is registered, chose the option ‘CLOSED’ from the dropdown menu,
and provide the enrolment no., and click on submit button.
7. To know the status of the Enquiry, Click on the Status Tab; Select the Date Range and
type of status as shown in the following screen.
8. In the status tab, you also need to confirm whether an enquiry is enrolled or is it of no
response. If no response is selected, that enquiry will not appear again.
Area Heads / TM / DTM: -
1. The new feature added is the ‘Status’ tab wherein you would be able to view the
status of enquiries of all the branches.
2. In the ‘Status’ tab you need to select the date range and select the branch name from
the dropdown menu as shown in the following screenshot.
3. After selecting the date range and if ‘All’ is selected from the dropdown menu. You
will get the following screen where you can view the count of ‘HOT’, ‘WARM’,’COLD’
and ‘CLOSED’ enquiries of all the areas under your City/Area.
4. To view the enrolled students details, click on the number under closed option of a
branch as follows.
5. On clicking the number under closed option, the following information will be
displayed in another popup window as shown below.
