Demontage des Sicherungsringes

Remove the snap ring

Nach der Demontage des gelaufenen Wellendichtringes I einfetten des neuen WDR . ( Kontrolle der Laufflachen I Welle und Gehause ) .

Change the shaft seal and chek its sliding surface ( drive shaft) and housing, grease the sealing ring.

Abkleben der Welle zum Schutz vor Beschadigung des Wellendichtrings .

Be carefull while you seal the drive shaft, use an adhesive tape.

Wellendlchtrlng einpressen , Anschlag des Montagewerkzeuges entsprlcht der Einpresstiefe .

Assemble the sealing ring, fitting tool holds the correct position of the sealing ring in the pump housing.

Sicherungsring einsetzen .

Assemble the snap ring.

Sieherungsring ganz einrasten .

Assemble the snap ring in the correct position.

Die hier besehriebene Mogliehkeit zum Weehsel der Antriebswellen - Abdlehtung stellt nieht die serienmaBige Montage dar. FOr sieheres Diehtungsverhalten ist eine Montage gemeinsam mit dem Kegelrollenlager von innen her dureh das Pumpengehause durehzufOhren. Soli aus Grunden der Vereifaehung im Reparaturfall die oben besehriebene Vorgehensweise durehgefOhrt werden, so ist beim Ausbau der Diehtung besonders darauf zu Behten, daB die Antriebswelle nieht besehadigt wird.

This discription showes how to change the drive shaft sealing ring but it isn't the way of serial assembly. The sealing ring is assembled together with the taper roller bearing from inside the pump housing normally to get a secure sealing condition. If you decide to repair the pump in the shown way be verry careful while handling so that the drive shaft wouldn 'f be damaged during disassembly of the shaft sealing ring.

Disassemble the pilot valve,

Markieren der AnschluBplatte und losen der Befestigungsschrauben

Mark the position of the port plate and remove the socket screw of the port plate,

Abheben der AnschluBplatte und Verteilerplatte ( HerunterfaJlen der Verteilerplatte durch Festhalten sichem) .

Remove the port plate together with the valve plate (hold the valve plate so that the plate can't fall down) ,

O-Ring entfernen ,

Remove the 0 - ring,

Abheben des KegelroUenlagers ( anschluBplattenseitig).

Disassemble the taper roller bearing ( near by port plate).

Wellendichtring austreiben .

Disassemble the sealing ring.

Abziehen des LagerauBenringes im Pumpengeheuse . ZweckmaBige Unterlage benutzen , zur Vermeidung von Gehausebeschadigungen .

The external front bearing ring is pulled out of the pump housing ( tool and surface Infos see picture above) .

Entfernen des 0 - Ringes. Abheben der Verteilerplatte ohne Abb.

A usual commercial bearing puller is used to disassemble the extemal bearing ring of the taper roller bearing inside the port plate. Take care of the surface of the port plate

Demontage der 3 Druckstifte im Zylinder bei vorgespannter Feder ( semtliche Einzelteile siehe Abb.3, S.4 ).

The spring has additional pretention while you disassemble the three pressure pins inside the cylinder ( spare parts see picture 3, page 4 ).

Note that there is a correct connection of the piston rod and the swash plate.

Bel rechtsdrehend angetriebenen Pumpen wird die Verteilerplatte rechtsdrehend verdrillt: 4° aus der Mittelstellung ( Verteilerplatten fOr re und Ii AusfUhrungen nicht identischl ) Pumps clockwise driven must hav a position of the valve plate 4" out of center in the same direction decentered like drive direction (Note spare parts exist as cw and ccw valve plates.).

Bei linksdrehend angetriebener Pumpe wird die Verteilerplatte linksdrehend verdrillt: 4D aus der Mittelstellung.

Pumps anti-clockwise driven must hav a position of the valve plate 4° decentered in ccw position.
