Philippines Performance in Open Data
“In ODIN 2017, the Philippines’ score increased by 14 points andtheir openness score increased by 32 points. Their new portalencompasses most of ODIN’s five openness criteria, includingmaking data available for export in machine readable andnonproprietary formats and through bulk download. Currentlythe data portal hosts 99 datasets under a single terms of uselicense. The portal boasts some impressive features, including anAPI. However, there is room to improve, including making itsterms of use fully open and adding data selection options fornon-technical users prior to exporting data.”
