Upgrading to Premium Coverage with VSP EasyOptions or making changes to your Standard Coverage is quick and easy. Enrollment opens December 1, 2019. Your coverage is effective the first of the month following enrollment.

2.Call VSP Member Services at 800.400.4569 to enroll over the phone.We’re available Monday - Friday: 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM; Saturday: 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM;and Sunday: 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Pacific Time).

3.Complete and mail the enclosed enrollment form in the postage-paid return envelope.
