Are you interested in architecture and enjoy visiting places that are normally closed to the public? During this year’s seventh annual Open House festival, a total of 80 buildings and public space all over Prague will be opened to those with an aesthetic and technical interest. The BB Centrum has also nominated its representatives, you will be able to tour the interiors and terraces of the following buildings:

• Filadelfie – a panoramic view of Prague from the tallest building of the BB Centrum, Želetavská 1525/1, Praha 4

• Delta – the greenest building of the BB Centrum – a roof garden with mature trees and bushes, Za Brumlovkou 1559/5, Praha 4

• Budova B – the successful revitalisation of the 20–year–old building, winner of the 2021 Green Roof of the Year competition, Vyskočilova 1422/1a, Praha 4

In the next traveler´s evening, traveller and journalist Martin Mykiska provides a fresh report from his recent trip to Costa Rica. This country has a lot to offer, especially thanks to its environmental protection programme. We will travel through the beautiful scenery of the tropical world to the peaks of imposing volcanoes, to the old growth forests of national parks and to idyllic beaches. We’ll also see lots of animals, which sometimes literally parade in front of photographers, and get to know the local culture and inhabitants.

Simply relax in the Sommellerie wine bar and enjoy this interesting lecture (perhaps even with a drink in hand).

The August dance will be held this time on Tuesday. We’ll take a look at Rio de Janeiro and dance the SAMBA. The short choreography that’s been prepared can be handled by truly anyone!

The dance teacher is Lenka Nora Návorková, a multiple-time Czech champion in Latin American dance, the winner of StarDance 2018 and a participant in another series of this popular television competition.

DJ Honza Mikulecký will play Latin American rhythms and modern songs until 10:00 pm. Wonderful beverages and mixed drinks will be provided by the Sommellerie.

But who has the best sports team, that’s a different matter. Will you challenge us, the Passerinvest Group, and other firms at the 20th annual BBC CUP tournament in five-a side football? The competition is set to take place in just a few weeks, which means it’s high time to start training!

The tournament is intended for all our tenants who are sports enthusiasts (men and women). Games are divided into two seven-minute halves and are played according to five-a-side football rules, i.e., with five players and a goalkeeper and four substitutes.
