the 70’s. Web2.0 says that community based development, social networking, decentralization of authority, freedom to re-use, and bi-directional interaction

are some of the cornerstones of a “modern web”.

EBM Tool2.0 is no different, for it to succeed it needs to be based on transparent and agile systems,

involving the technical, social, and environmental aspects of our
