It is important to know that you may feel awkward and this is a good thing. In order to learn something new, you need to pass through the awkward stage into a new terr itory. It has been cal led “consciously incompetent”. The more you practice, the more comfortable you wi l l be and the easier it wi l l be to integrate the new learning. It takes a minimum of 21-40 days to change any habit. Be gentle with yourself and give yourself a break when you notice resistance. I have also found that these exercises are very powerful when you share the “aha’s” with l ike-minded souls. In my l ife, the dai ly r itual of starting my day with meditation, journal ing, inspirational quotes, reading or picking a card (Goddess, Animal, Ascended Masters, Angel) has proved grounding and gives me extra clar ity and energy. In this workbook, each day includes an i n s p i r a t i o n f o r t h e d a y , a d a i l y w o r k b o o k q u e s t i o n and an a c t i o n s t e p . Please check off the box next to the action step as soon as it is completed. This is very important in monitor ing your own progress. As soon as you wake up, and before you get out of bed say “thank you”. When you start off the day with gratitude, you add to the abundance of the world and open up the energy of receiv ing. You always have a choice to focus on what you lack or what you have in the present moment. I recommend focusing on what you do have in your l ife r ight now. I have been teaching and using creative visual ization techniques for over 30 years. They are powerful and they work. I recommend that you spend 5 minutes a day visual izing your goals as if they were present real it ies. The more you include your f ive senses, the easier it is for the Universe to get your message. In other words, how do you feel when you imagine your perfect job or relationship? What do you see in your beautiful dream home? Are there any scents involved in your wonderful vacation scenario? Can you touch or taste anything in this v isual ization?

The more excitement and enthusiasm you show, the faster you tend to manifest. For the next 30 days do not watch or l isten to the news before going to bed. Do not be afraid to make mistakes. Fear of fai l ing has kept many people from even going for their dreams. This fear l imits what you think is possible and creates l iv ing in a smal l box. Use al l fai lures as learning experiences and your l i fe wi l l be r icher and more successful. Pay attention to the voices inside your head that wi l l lead you off track. These are the ones that say: “This is too hard”, or “You’re not good enough,” or “You should be making more money by this t ime,” or even “Relationships are dangerous.” Know that as you make changes in your l i fe, there wi l l be voices inside your head that wi l l try and stop you. There are also the voices that wi l l encourage and support you. Choose which ones wi l l receive your attention*. I created this workbook to help you along your way. If you commit to fol lowing this guidebook, not only wi l l your days be more successful, but also you wi l l be obtaining the mindset needed to manifest the things in l i fe that you truly desire.

How do you deal with setbacks? Notice what your internal dialog is.

q Look at a setback that you are dealing with. Take a deep breath, tune into your body and see what you are feeling. Now take your internal thoughts and reframe them. For example: “This is the end of my career,” “I can’t believe this happened.” “I should have known better.” Change to “This is a challenge, but I will get through it,” “Life is full of changes at the moment,” “ I did the best I could.”

Ritual to Acknowledge Your Progress

Go to the hardware store and purchase a key.

Light a candle to call in Spir it and crush up some fresh rosemary for positive change.

Hold the key in your hand as a reminder that you have been given the key to unlocking your full potential.

Say the following:

“My life is filled with new opportunities

It is now safe for me to learn new things. I am now ready to receive the abundance of the Universe.

I give thanks for all that I have. I now allow myself to have all the time, space, and resources,

support, clarity and love I need to accomplish my goals in life.”

Put the key on your keychain and carry it with you as a symbol of your power.

Now do something to celebrate!
