• Enterprises working with Floss take from the community but few of them give something to the community back.• There is great reluctance and distrust of the Floss community (hhrr) towards the traditional enterprise model.• In order to operate, another model of enterprise must be found• The cult to Guru• Universities that are new to Floss projects and those who are disconnected from the private sector.• Most of Floss enterprise managers are techies (have a strict technical view) and lack of business vision so as to grow and develop as a company.• Lack of understanding when talking about "how to increase values" and "where the profit is found"• Lack of RRHH Floss
