OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR IQ 1000

IQ -1000 In The front panel there are six keys: MENU, LOG DATA, PUMP, ACK ALARM, POWER and LIGHT

a. Power:-Press the power button to switch ON and OFF the instrument. For switch ON press momentarily and for switch OFF press up to the display shows to release the finger.b. Log Data:-Press Log data button for switch on and off data log.c. Pump:-Pump on/off (should be ON when the instrument in use)d. ACK Alarm:-To mute the buzzer when unit in alarm condition.Log data report:-

1. Press *MENU* button 2. Press *UP/ DOWN * key and* ENTER* the LOG DATA REPORT.3. Press * UP/ DOWN* and *NEXT* keys to select the required data and press *ENTER*. 4. Will show DISPLAY ON SCREEN OR PRINTER5. Press *UP* key to display the log data in screen6. Press *NEXT* to print or send the data to ComputerHow to download data to the computer:-1. Connect serial cable to IQ 1000 and computer serial port2. In computer open IQ 1000 logo and click on COMM after selecting Comm a connect icon will drop down.3. A blue window will appear, click RECEIVE icon on the same window and chose ALL to download all data from IQ1000 or select single data for a particular date and time. 4. Select the location (IQ Data log) and name the data to be stored, after that press start.5. Press *NEXT* button on IQ1000 and a window will appear data transferring in IQ1000.After completion re-open the folder in PC (IQ data log folder) where the data stored and re-mane the data file by adding .txt (eg:- test01.txt)6. Select the main window and click file and select open and open the .txt file.8. Now you will find the values of the log data in the main window and ready to print.How to Enable and Disable the sensors:-

1. Press *MENU* in IQ 10002. Press *NEXT*3. Select Enable/Disable sensor by *UP/DOWN* keys4. Press *ENTER*5. Again press *ENTER* to Enable/Disable sensor
