SAFETYSafety in the operation and maintenance of power system facilities is most important to prevent accidents or incidents which will result in injury or fatalities to employees. In view of this, Operating and Maintenance staff employ all available means to avert such accidents and incidents.One such method is the employment of standard Definitions of Special Terms which are used by Operating and Maintenance personnel before, during and after work on any apparatus under the control of the Operating staff.Protection Guarantee of various forms are issued to maintenance personnel by Operating staff for work on apparatus and communication (both by telephone and direct conversation) must be approached with special terms which is understood by all parties.10ACCIDENTS
