• Established in the year 1996 and dedicated to power sector.

• We are representing M/s. Qingdao Jieneng Power Station (QJPS) China

from the year 2004, for supply of TG sets ranging from 5MW to 60MW

and its auxiliaries on turnkey basis in India and African countries. Since

then we have supplied & commissioned more than 63 machines (about

1085 MW in total).

• We are also representing M/s. Shanghai Turbine Works Co. Ltd., (STWC)

China for the supply, Erection and commissioning, Testing and Servicing

of TG sets ranging from 60 MW to 250 MW in India.

BRIEF INTRODUCTION ON O&M BUSINESS

We play a keen role of comprehensive services in Operation & Maintenance

of the plant. In this connection we would like to place before you our credentials

in the following few lines:

• Backed with comprehensive technical strengths as a solution provider from

the year 2000, APT had been undertaking Operation and Maintenance of

Biomass, Co-generation, Captive and Combined Cycle Power Plants

accomplishing an average PLF of 85% and above.

• We have handled Boilers of travelling grate, AFBC, CFBC types of CVL,

Thermax and TG sets of HTC, BHEL, SIEMENS makes. Our technocrats with

decades of experience and expertise in mature Technology are well involved in

rectifying various problems related to power plants, whether it is a routine

maintenance or trouble shooting of complex machine problems like high

vibration, blade breakages, severe hunting, low plant efficiency etc.

103% PLF on 14 & 15 May’ 2013

• 15MW M/s. MHIL, Mellacheruvu (CPP-2) continuous run from 01 Dec’ 2012 to 04

Apr’ 2013 (127 days with 98% PLF)

• CFBC Boiler 20MW M/s. SSIL, Chandrapur continuous run from 08 Nov’ 2012 to

07 Apr’ 2013 (151 days). It can be considered as a record in any CFBC Hot

cyclone type Boiler performance of WUXI make.

• AFBC 15MW M/s. GIPL, Chandrapur continuous run since 07 Jan 2013 to 27 Apr

2013 (110 days) and 04 Aug’ 2013 to till date running towards 150 days

• AFBC 15MW M/s. GIPL, Chandrapur record generation in the months of May

2011, April 2013, Nov & Dec 2013 with 100% PLF.

• Our performance in the O&M servicing projects is quite high particularly

at My Home Industries where we are achieving plant availability and PLF

of above 95 %.

• In our experience, our valued clients have so far been preferring our O&M

team to involve right from the advanced stages of erection, so that O&M

Personnel will become familiar with the equipment under commissioning

and acquire full knowledge of the equipment specifications and standard

operating procedures(SOPs). This would reflect in establishing distinct

performance of O&M both quantitative as well as qualitative.
