For being the LCs with biggest pipeline in projects and the sales team start working in February, those LCs need to have good managment tools in order to track
actually! Furthermore, we can find some troubling issues as DELIVERY PROCESS and Financial Sustainability. Towards those issues, the MC together with Green Cluster is going to drive weekly chats and discussions in coaches and summits in order to raise GCPs! For now, talking about processes, RAISE is the focus of the month! But those LCs
must pay aSenTon since now in the quality of their huge projects mainly in financial issues (Budget control and invest in sustainble projects as the University ones).
GCDPi Blue
With the biggest pipeline available, the blue cluster must focus on matching in February, main with SCON, Germany, Peru and Colombia. February is also a good
month to capitalize some iniTaTves in matching opTmizaTon (any further informaTon, contact the NST responsible for Matching Managment
[email protected]). This cluster is also known for being the potenTal LCs that sTll are not due to slow performance in Matching! February is the first month to really invest in sales
process for futher pipeline but Fast Matching strategy should be the main point for those LCs.
GCDPi Yellow
The Yellow cluster gets a mix of White and Green ones!
As the white cluster, this one shall review the price applied, decide for two small projects in this period and one programme. And as the Green one focus on sales. Based where they are it's proveded that those CLs knows how to sale but sTll they are facing problems mainly with the acceptance locally due to price, programmes applied or low performance in sales.
GCDPi White
Here, we keep with the same guides of January since those were not precisely applied. Review the Price, GCU focus for small ciTes and GCTS in others!
In February this cluster shall concentrate all the HR in sales process with one or two, at most, small projects!
Take this month to arrange chats with the biggest LCs and get guides, informaTons, management tools.
It's highly recommended those LCs have iniTal investments.

As we have a huge market and some had strikes last semester, we need to assure the realizaTons of our EPs in the following month. Matheus sent an explanaTon of our off peak supplier and they need to be aware of it. Since together we have a
