LABOUR COMPLIANCE ASSURANCE

The skilled labour force accumulated by Capacit'e is the prime mover of progress at the work sites. Capacit'e is committed to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and is continually improving its work processes with appropriate checks and balances in this regard. Due care has been given to comply with the Building & Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996 that requires the following : a. Comply with Conditions of Service

Prohibition of Employment : Deaf / Defective Vision / Giddiness Prone / Under-Age,

Amenities at Work Site : First Aid (and tie-up for Ambulance Service), Drinking Water, Urinals & Latrines, Accommodation with cooking, bathing, washing & latrine facility, Canteens (if applicable),

Medical Examination : Before employment; After Injury or Illness; Once a year

b. Setup & maintain Registers & Notice Boards

Register of Persons Employed as Building Workers, Muster Roll, Register of Wages, Register of Deductions, Register of Overtime, Register of Fines, Loss or Damage Register of Advances, Combined Register of Wages-cum-Muster-Roll,

Notice Board of Registration of Establishment, Display of relevant extracts of applicable acts, Notice Board of Commencement and Completion, Notice Board of Wage Periods,

Wage Books, Service Certificates etc. for Workmen, Annual Returns

c. Establish clarity on duty of workmen d. Comply with specific requirements in respect of

Capacit'e complies with the requirements of other labour related laws as well, including in respect of PF, EC/WC and ESIC. Proper accommodation, fooding arrangements, transport arrangements as necessary, medical facilities, etc. are ensured by Capacit'e for its workmen. Due and proper care is taken in respect of occupational health and safety of workmen, who are subjected to induction training first at sites.

TRAINING ON SCAFFOLDING PRACTICE BY NATIONAL SAFETY COUNCIL

A training programme was conducted by the National Safety Council at Lodha Park Site in Sep-16 on the topic of scaffolding practice for Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen and Riggers.

HSE PRACTICE @ LODHA SPLENDORA Team Capacit'e at Lodha Splendora Site has been appreciated by the Client for the good HSE practice and housekeeping.

3 MILLION SAFE MAN HOURS @ SATTVA CADENZA

100,000 CUM @ LODHA PARK

Team Capacit'e has poured over 100,000 cum of concrete at Lodha Park Site till Sep-16. This being a Super High Rise project, all kinds of specialised concrete mixes have been used, including temperature controlled concrete for multi-layered mass pours, high strength concrete for critical structural elements and specially designed concrete for pumping to great heights vertically etc.

ADMINISTRATION TEAM @ GODREJ CENTRAL The Site Administration team of Capacit'e (Mr. Vishal Vadde in particular) at Godrej Central Mumbai is appreciated for their labour management and local issues management.

TEAM EFFORT OF ACCOUNTS CELL The Accounts Cell of Capacit'e headed by Mr. Damodar Aash is appreciated for the teamwork and extra efforts put in particularly for the restatement of Financials for the past years based on current accounting policies. The revenues in financial statements are tagged to certified bills covering every month of every project since inception. The inventory in financial statements are tagged to period-wise and project-wise raw material stock, residual stock value of materials subject to repetitive use, work in progress, deferred cost of expenses to procure projects and deferred cost of site extablishment expenses. The depreciation in financial statements is tagged to the fixed asset register in Buildsmart ERP, with unique ID and current location of deployment.
