OPS SQL can now be seamlessly embedded in your iFix HMI

From within iFIX, launch your OPS reports, enter operator log data, and use the OPS graphical tools to analyze your process… without ever leaving the iFIX environment.

Get the complete picture! OPS does the calculations from the main three sources of data:

SCADA…Lab…Field.

Double entry of data is bad practice because it is inefficient. But more importantly, it can compromise data integrity. Simple typos can become your worst nightmare

SCADA data consists of massive amounts of raw data. OPS SQL will turn it into useful information readily available to your organization. Probably less than half of your tags represent information needed for reports and analysis. Many tags have 1440 or 86,400 values per day.

You really need only one result, Example: Daily flow.

Over half the data required for reports and analysis comes from other sources: Laboratory and field data collected by operators.

For more information, request the SCADA Interface documentation for your specific SCADA/HMI at: [email protected]

For any variable, you define

the tag, summary statistic,

scale factor, time frame, and conditional data collection.

Here, the inventory

function calculates

the lbs used accounting for refills.
