CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE

PREMESSA

Il presente catalogo è relativo ai riduttori adassi paralleli serie PL-MPL ed ai riduttori pen-dolari serie PD-MPD, costruiti dalla SITI SpA.I riduttori delle serie PL-MPL e PD-MPD hannoil corpo in ghisa G25 e sono dotati di rotismi adue o tre stadi di riduzione.

CARATTERISTICHE COSTRUTTIVE

• Riduttori dotati di rotismi a due o a tre stadidi riduzione.

� Nei riduttori PL e PD, sia la prima che laseconda riduzione sono realizzate con in-granaggi cilindrici a denti elicoidali con pro-fili accuratamente corretti.Il terzo stadio di riduzione è ottenuto ag-giungendo a monte (entrata riduttore) unulteriore stadio di riduzione formato da dueingranaggi cilindrici con dentatura corret-ta.

• Sono realizzati in 5 grandezze: 63 – 80 –100 – 125 – 160 (il numero che definisce lagrandezza rappresenta l’interasse della ri-duzione finale seconda la serie di RenardR 10).

• Le coppie nominali trasmissibili sono com-prese fra 100 Nm. e 4015 Nm.

• La capacità di carico delle dentature è sta-ta verificata secondo le norme DIN 3990,UNI 8862, AGMA 2001 B 88 ed il progettoISO 6336, con calcolo della resistenza siaal pittino che a flessione al piede del den-te, per una durata nominale accuratamen-te bilanciata ed estremamente elevata.

• Tutti gli ingranaggi sono costruiti in acciaioda cementazione (20 Mn Cr 5 o materiali diequivalente resistenza e temprabilità), esottoposti a cementazione, tempra e disten-sione per elevata resistenza alle sollecita-zioni statiche e dinamiche e all’usura.

• Gli alberi lenti cavi (soluzione standard)sono costruiti in ghisa sferoidale GS-400.

• Gli alberi lenti pieni, semplici o doppi (solu-zione optional) sono costruiti in acciaio dabonifica 42 Cr Mo 4, o materiali di similiproprietà.

• Le carcasse sono costruite in ghisa G 25secondo UNI 5007.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

INTRODUCTION

This catalogue relates to parallel shaft gear-boxes PL-MPL series and to shaft mountedhelical PD-MPD series, manufactured by SITISpA.The PL-MPL and PD-MPD series gearboxeshave a G25 cast iron housing and are fittedwith two or three stage of reduction gears.

MANUFACTURING FEATURES

• Gearboxes provides with trains of gearsat 2 or 3 stages of reduction.

• In the PL and PD gearboxes, the first andsecond stages of reduction are per-formed with helical toothed cylindricalgears with accurately corrected profiles.The third reduction stage is achieved byadding a further reduction stage up-stream (gearbox input) consisting of twocylindrical gears with correctedtoothing.

• They are manufactured in 5 sizes: 63 –80 – 100 – 125 – 160 (the number rel-evant to gearbox size means the center-to-center distance of the final reductionstage according to the Renard seriesR10).

• The rated transmissible torques are in-cluded in the range from 100 Nm. to 4015Nm.

• Load capacities of toothing comply withDIN 3990, UNI 8862, AGMA 2001 B88norms and the ISO 6336 draft proposal,both with the surface pitting resistanceand the tooth root bending strength cal-culation, in view of an accurately bal-ances and extremely high nominal life.

• All gears are made in case-hardeningsteel (20 Mn Cr 5 or materials of equiva-lent strength and hardenability) and aresubmitted to case-hardening, quenchingand stress-relieving, to give high resist-ance to static and dynamic stresses andto wear.

• Hollow output shafts (standard solution)are manufactured in nodular cast ironGS-400.

• The solid output shafts, with single ordouble extension (optional solution) aremade in hardening and tempering steel42 Cr Mo 4, or materials of similar prop-erties.

• Housings are made in cast iron G 25according to UNI 5007 specification.

TECHNISCHE BESCHREIBUNG

VORWORT

Dieser Katalog beschreibt die Stirnradgetriebeder Baureihe PL-MPL und die Aufsteck-getriebe der Baureihe PD-MPD von SITI SpA.Die Getriebe der Baureihen PL-MPL und PD-MPD besitzen ein Gehäuse aus Gusseisen G25und sind in zwei- oder dreistufiger Ausführunggebaut.

BAUEIGENSCHAFTEN

• Für diese Getriebe sind zwei oder dreiUntersetzungsstufen vorgesehen.

• Bei den Getrieben PL und PD bestehen dieerste und die zweite Stufe aus zylindrischenZahnrädern mit Schrägverzahnung undkorrigierten Profilen.Die dritte Stufe ist durch Vorschaltung(Getriebeeingang) einer weiteren Über-setzungsstufe, bestehend aus zwei zylin-drischen Zahnrädern mit korrigierter Ver-zahnung erzeugt.

• Die neuen Getriebe werden in fünf Größengefertigt:63 – 80 – 100 – 125 – 160 (Die Größe istnach dem Achsabstand der Abtriebsstufedefiniert; Renard R10).

• Die Abtriebsdrehmomente reichen von 100bis 4015 Nm.

• Die spezifische Zahnbelastung ist nach DIN3990, UNI 8862, AGMA 2001 B88 und demEntwurf ISO 6336 festgelegt und dient derBerechnung der Festigkeit in Bezung aufPitting und Biegefestigkeit im Zahngrund füreine ausgewogene, normal lange Lebens-dauer.

• Alle Zahnräder sind aus Einsatzstahl gefer-tigt (20 Mn Cr 5 oder in Bezug auf Härte undFestigkeit ähnliche Werkstoffe). Um eine hö-here Verschleißfestigkeit sowie höhere stati-sche und dynamische Beanspruchungen zuermöglichen, werden die Zahnräder einsatz-gehärtet und spannungsfrei geglüht.

• Die Abtriebshohlwellen werden in derStandardausführung aus Sfäroguß GS-400gefertigt.

• Die auf Wunsch lieferbaren, einseitigen undzweiseitigen Äbtriebsvollwellen sind ausStahl 42 Cr Mo 4 oder aus einem vergleich-baren Werkstoff hergestellt.

• Das Gehäuse wird aus G 25 (Guss) nachUNI 5007 gefertigt.


• Tutti i riduttori offrono la possibilità di ac-cettare elevati carichi esterni, sia radiali cheassiali, comunque orientati: le nostre tabelleforniscono i valori applicabili senza proble-mi in tutte le condizioni, per casi specialisarà comunque possibile valutare l’even-tuale idoneità con calcolo specifico.

• I rendimenti dinamici sono molto elevati;0.96 nelle versioni a due stadi e 0.92 nelleversioni a tre stadi.

• E’ possibile operare in condizioni di eserci-zio particolarmente severe garantendo an-cora delle durate soddisfacenti; a questoproposito, raccomandiamo di riferirsi scru-polosamente alle indicazioni dei nostri ca-taloghi tecnici e, nei casi dubbi, riteniamoindispensabile interpellare il nostro servi-zio tecnico.

• All the gearboxes offer a chance to ac-cept high external loads, both radial andaxial ones, wherever oriented: our tablesgive the ratings which can be appliedwith no troubles in any condition, forspecial application purposes it is how-ever advisable to evaluate the possiblesuitability through a specific calculation.

• Dynamic efficiencies are very high: 0.96in the two stage reduction versions and0.92 in the three stage reduction ver-sions.

• It is allowed to operate in particularlysevere conditions of application, stillsaving sufficiently satisfactory lifetimes; in connection with this, we re-commend to strictly adhere to the indi-cations of our technical catalogue and,if in doubt, to contact our technical dept.

• Alle Getriebe haben den Vorteil, daß höhe-re radiale und axiale Belastungen übertra-gen werden können.Bei den in unseren Tabellen angegebenenDaten handelt sich um Standardangaben fürallgemeine Anwendungen in sonderfällenkönnen auf Wunsch projektspezifische Be-rechnungen durchgeführt werden.

• Der dynamische Wirkungsgrad dieser Ge-triebe ist sehr hoch:0,96 bei den zweistufigen und 0,92 bei dendreistufigen Getrieben.

• Es ist möglich diese neue Getriebe auch beianspruchsvollen Einsatzfällen zu verwendenund eine befriedigende Lebensdauer zu er-zielen.Deshalb ist es ratsam, nach den Katalogan-gaben zu richten und bei auftretenden Un-sicherheiten mit unserem technischen BüroRücksprache zu nehmen.


SCHMIERUNG

Bei allen Getrieben der Type PL und PD mitVorstufe (PL../3 und PD../3), wird die Vorstufebereits vom Hersteller aus mit Schmiermittelgeliefert, so daß von Kundenseite her keinzusätzliches Schmiermittel in die Vorstufeeinzufüllen ist. Hierbei wird ein Mineralöl vonShell der Type ISO VG 220 verwendet (sieheTabelle 1).Die zweistufigen PL und PD Getriebe sowie dieHauptgehäuse der Vorstufengetriebe werdenalle ohne jegliches Schmiermittel geliefert. Esist somit Aufgabe des Kunden, diese vor derInbetriebnahme mit Öl zu füllen.

LUBRIFICAZIONE

Tutti i riduttori PL e PD provvisti di precoppia(PL../3, e PD../3) vengono da noi forniti con laprecoppia già lubrificata e quindi non richiedo-no alcun riempimento da parte dei clienti.Viene utilizzato l’olio minerale tipo ISO VG 220(vedi tabella 1).I riduttori PL e PD a due stadi di riduzione , cosìcome la carcassa principale nei riduttori conprecoppia vengono invece forniti privi di olio, ela relativa lubrificazione è a cura dei clienti.

LUBRICATION

All PL and PD gearboxes provided with theprimary reduction (PL../3, and PD../3) aresupplied with the primary reduction alreadypre-lubricated in-house, and therefore do notrequire any filling with oil by the customer.It is used mineral oil type ISO VG 220 (seechart 1).On the contrary, PL and PD gearboxes with 2stages of reduction, as well as the mainhousing in the versions with primary reductionare supplied without oil, and the relativelubrication is at customer’s account.

Gli anelli di tenuta, costruiti in mescole nitriliche,non consentono però di operare soddisfacente-mente a temperatura superiore a + 85 °C.Nell’ipotesi che la temperatura all’interno delriduttore possa raggiungere livelli più elevati di+ 85 °C per tempi significativi, è necessario ri-chiederci l’esecuzione speciale con anelli di te-nuta in mescole fluorurate (Viton).Al fine di predisporre il corretto orientamento deitappi e per una adeguata lubrificazione dei cu-scinetti, è importante precisare sempre la posi-zione di montaggio desiderata.NOTA: è opportuno controllare, attraverso il tap-po di livello trasparente, collocato nella giusta po-sizione, se il livello dell’olio si mantiene corretto enon si verificano anomalie, come potrebbe esse-re determinato da sia pure molto improbabili per-dite di olio attraverso gli anelli di tenuta.In caso di occasionali necessità di ripristino delgiusto livello, utilizzare lo stesso olio già pre-sente nel riduttore.

Sostituzione dell’olio

L’intervallo di ricambio del lubrificante dipendedalle condizioni di impiego riassunte brevementenel prospetto sotto indicato:

I dati indicati nel prospetto si riferiscono a lubri-ficanti a base minerale e sintetici. Questi ultimise usati in un campo di temperature normalipossono essere utilizzati per una lubrificazionea lunga vita, avendo però l’accuratezza di evi-tare l’inquinamento dei lubrificanti stessi.

Seals, being made in nitrile rubber com-pounds, do not allow to operate satisfacto-rily at temperatures over + 85 °C. In the as-sumption temperature inside the gearboxachieves higher values than + 85 °C for a sig-nificant period of time, it is necessary to re-quire the special execution provided withspecial seals in fluorurated compounds(Viton).To enable us to fit plugs in suitable positionsand for adequate lubrication of the bearings,customers should always specify the re-quired mounting position.NOTE: it is convenient to check through theproper transparent oil level plug that the oillevel keeps at the correct value and no fail-ures have occurred, as it could happen incase of unlikely leaks.In case of occasional needs to restore thecorrect level, the same type of oil must beused.

Replacement of oil

The intervals at which oil must be replaceddepend on the conditions of usage, summa-rized in the table here below:

The data on the table apply to both mineralbase or synthetic base oils. These last ones(especially the 320 grade), whenever used ina normal range of temperatures, can be usedfor longlife lubrication, but it must be accu-rately avoided the oil pollution.

Grundsätzlich empfiehlt es sich die nachfolgen-den Schmiermittel zu verwenden:

Die Wellendichtringe aus Nitrilmischungen(Standard) vertragen eine Betriebstemperaturvon maximal 85 °C. Bei höheren Betriebs-temperaturen ab 85 °C über einen längerenZeitraum hinweg, sollten spezielle Wellendicht-ringe aus Fluoridmischungen (Viton) eingesetztwerden.Um die Ölschrauben Korrekt zu positionierenund um die geeignete Schmierung der Lager zugewaehrleisten fragen wir, immer die Einbau-lage bekannt zu geben.Ist die Einbaulage bei der Bestellung bekannt,so werden die Ölschrauben direkt vom Herstel-ler positioniert.BEMERKUNG: Es ist ratsam, von Zeit zu Zeitden Ölstand durch das Ölstandsauge zu kon-trollieren.So können Anomalien, die z.B. durch Wellen-dichtringe auftreten können, verhindert werden.Im Falle daß Öl, nachgefüllt werden muß, istdie gleiche Ölsorte zu verwenden.

Ölwechsel

Der Olwechselintervall hängt von derBelastungsart ab und ist in Kurzform im Schau-bild unten ersichtlich.

Die angegeben Daten beziehen sich aufSynthetik-und Mineralschmiermittel. Wenn Ver-unreinigungen vermieden werden, können diesynthetischen. Schmiermittel bei normalerBetriebstemperatur als dauerndes Schmiermit-tel angesehen werden.

POSIZIONI DI MONTAGGIO

Si consiglia di prestare la massima attenzionealla posizione di montaggio in cui si troverà alavorare il riduttore. Per molte posizioni, infatti,è prevista un’apposita lubrificazione del riduttoree dei cuscinetti, senza la quale non è garantitala normale durata del riduttore stesso. In man-canza di indicazioni specifiche il riduttore verràfornito idoneo per il montaggio standard B3.

MOUNTING POSITIONS

We recommend paying the utmost attentionto the gearbox installation and operatingposition.For many positions, in fact, a specific lubri-cation of the gearbox and its bearings is re-quired, without which the normal service lifeof the gearbox will not be guaranteed. With-out any specific indications the gearbox willbe supplied for the standard B3 installation.

EINBAULAGE

Man sollte immer sehr genau auf die Einbau-lage achten, wo das Getriebe arbeiten wird.Denn für viele Einbaulagen ist eine Spezial-schmierung des Getriebes und seiner Lagervorgesehen, ohne die die normale Lebensdau-er des Getriebes nicht garantiert ist. In Erman-gelung spezifischer Angaben wird das Getriebefür die Standard-Einbaulage B3 geliefert.

FLANGE IN USCITA

Tutti i riduttori delle serie PL, PD possono esse-re equipaggiati, su richiesta, con flange in usci-ta di dimensioni unificate (flange B5). Si è opta-to per la forma quadrata sulle grandezze 63 -80 - 100 e per la forma circolare sulle grandez-ze 125 e 160. OUTPUT FLANGES

All PL and PD gearboxes can be equipped,upon request, with output B5 flanges. Squareflanges have been provided on sizes 63 - 80- 100 and round flanges are available on sizes125 - 160. Standard position is on the rightlooking at the gearbox from input side inmounting position B3.

ABTRIEBSFLANSCHE

Auf Anfrage können alle PL - PD Getriebe miteinem genormten Abtriebsflansch (B5) geliefertwerden. Für die Getriebe 63 - 80 und 100 sindrechteckige, für die Getriebe 125 und 160 sindrunde Flansche vorgesehen. In der Standard-ausführung liegt der Flansch bei der EinbaulageB3 (Eingangswelle unten, Abtriebswelle oben)auf die Eingangswelle gesehen rechts.

A richiesta, è possibile fornire i riduttori PL e PDprovvisti di dispositivo antiretro, per evitare ilmoto retrogrado, ovvero iI fatto che il riduttorepossa essere azionato attraverso I'albero lentodal carico resistente divenuto carico motore.L'antiretro è provvisto per l’installazione sullaseconda sporgenza dell'albero veloce.I cuscinetti antiretro sono stati ampiamentedimensionati in funzione della massima coppiapermessa da ogni riduttore, e pertanto ne è con-sentito I'impiego con qualsiasi rapporto di ridu-zione, anche particolarmente veloce.Dovrà essere sempre precisato in fase d'ordineper quale senso di rotazione deve essere con-sentita la rotazione Iibera.

BACKSTOP DEVICE

On request it is possible to have backstopmounted on the PL and PD line. Purpose ofthe backstop is to prevent the reversiblemotion, that is the fact that the gearbox mightbe operated through the output shaft by theresisting load so becoming driving load.The backstop device can be applied to thesecond end of the fast shaft.The irreversible bearing have been largelyoversized according to the maximum torqueallowed by each gearbox so that backstopdevices are suitable for any reduction ratio.The direction of free rotation must be speci-fied when the order is placed.

RÜCKLAUFSPERRE

Die Rücklaufsperre ist eine Einrichtung im Ge-triebe, um die Anlage nach dem Abschalten desMotors am Rückwärtslauf zu hindern.Wie in dem Ausschnitt ersichtlich, ist dieAnbringung,der Rücklaufsperre an der gegen-überliegenden Seite der Eingangswelle vorge-sehen.Die Rücklaufsperre ist für den Einbau auf denzweiten Absatz der Antriebswelle vorgesehen.Die Rücklaufsperre ist ausreichend dimensio-niert und kann an jedem Getriebe sowohl mithohen als auch mit niedrigen Untersetzungenangebaut werden.Bei Bestellung muß der Drehsinn stets angege-ben werden.

CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI VENDITA

1) GARANZIA - La ns. garanzia ha la durata di anni unodalla data di fatturazione del prodotto. Essa è limitataesclusivamente alla riparazione o alla sostituzione gra-tuita dei pezzi da noi riconosciuti come difettosi ed il re-clamo non potrà mai dar luogo all’annullamento od allariduzione delle ordinazioni da parte del committente e tan-to meno alla corresponsione di indennizzi di sorta da par-te ns. Il materiale da riparare in garanzia o comunquesoggetto ad anomalie, sarà da noi ritirato solo se ci per-verrà in porto franco e sarà reso al cliente in porto asse-gnato. La ns. garanzia decade se i pezzi resi come difet-tosi sono stati comunque manomessi o riparati. Per ma-nomissione si intende anche l’applicazione del motorefuori dall’ambito e dalla sede della ns. Società. La ns.garanzia non copre danni o difetti dovuti ad agenti ester-ni, deficienza di manutenzione, sovraccarico, lubrificanteinadatto, scelta inesatta del tipo, errore di montaggio edanni derivanti in seguito a trasporto da parte del com-mittente o trasportatore designato, essendo la spedizio-ne sempre a spese e rischio del committente.

2) TRASPORTO - Ad ogni effetto, anche di legge, la mer-ce si ritiene accettata dal cliente (e consegnata) all’uscitadalla ns. sede o magazzini. Il trasporto della merce si in-tende sempre per contro, rischio e pericolo dell’acquiren-te anche se la merce è venduta franco destino e se iltrasporto viene effettuato con mezzi della ditta venditricee condotti da persona incaricata dalla medesima.

3) PREZZI - La ns. Società si riserva di modificare in qual-siasi momento le proprie quotazioni (anche se conferma-te) se ciò si rendesse necessario in conseguenza a mu-tevoli condizioni di mercato o di produzione. Il listino prezzisi riferisce a merce franco ns. stabilimento, escluso im-ballo ed ogni eventuale altra spesa.

4) RECLAMI - È convenuto espressamente che eventua-li reclami o contestazioni da farsi, a pena di nullità; sem-pre in forma scritta ed entro il termini di legge non dannocomunque diritto all’acquirente di sospendere o ritardarei pagamenti. Non si accettano addebiti per risarcimentodi danni a cose e persone o ritardi di consegna. Se entro8 gg. Dal ricevimento della ns. conferma d’ordine non ciperverrà alcuna contestazione, la stessa si intenderà ac-cettata in tutte le sue pari.

5) INTERESSI - Resta espressamente convenuto che gliinteressi verranno fissati ed accettati, in ogni sede di ri-tardato pagamento, secondo le condizioni medie di tassoapplicato dagli Istituti Bancari alla Società venditrice inquel momento.

6) RISERVA DI PROPRIETÀ - La merce viene vendutacon riserva di proprietà finché non sarà effettuato il paga-mento dell’intero prezzo, di eventuali interessi e acces-sori. Il rilascio di cambiali ed eventuali loro rinnovi, ancheparziali, non potranno considerarsi quale novazione néquale pagamento definitivo del prezzo, se non a buon finedelle stesse, né potranno comunque pregiudicare la ri-serva di proprietà.

7) FORO COMPETENTE - Si accetta espressamente chequalsiasi controversia, comunque nascente o discendentedalla vendita deve essere rimessa, anche in via derogativa,al giudizio dell’Autorità Giudiziaria di Bologna, quale unicoForo competente; ma la ditta venditrice potrà anche adire, asua scelta, l’autorità giudiziaria del luogo, della residenza odomicilio dell’acquirente ovvero del luogo ove si trova l’og-getto della fornitura.

8) RESI - NON SI ACCETTANO RESTITUZIONI DI MA-TERIALI se non precedentemente autorizzato per iscrittodalla ns. Società.

9) LISTINO - Il listino attualmente in vigore annulla e so-stituisce tutti i precedenti.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1) GUARANTEE - Our guarantee expires after oneyear from invoice date of the product. It only coversthe replacement or repair free of charge of the de-fective units or parts provided that we admit thatsaid faults or defects are to be ascribed to manu-facturing processes. The customer does not haveto feel entitled to cancel or reduce the outstandingorders because of defective material previouslysupplied. We will not be responsible for the paymentof any charges related to goods to be replaced orrepaired under guarantee. Returns of material willonly be accepted if both back and forth transportcharges willbe covered by the customer. Our guar-antee becomes completely null and void if units re-sult altered or repaired. For alteration it is includedalso the application of the motor out of the ambitand circle of our Society. Our guarantee does notcover defects or faults which would be attributed toexternal factors, insufficient maintenance, overload,inadequate lubrication, unproper selection, mount-ing errors or shipping damages being shipmentrisks and expenses on behalf of the customer.

2) SHIPMENT - Material is considered accepted bythe customer once it leaves our warehouse: Ship-ment of goods is considered at buyer’s risk even ifshipment is effected free domicile of customer orthrough shipper’s means of tranports or forward-ing agents appointed by the shipper.

3) PRICES - Our Company reserve the right to modifytheir own quotation (although confirmed) if it is nec-essary because of the unconstant conditions ofmarket and production. The price list refers to ex-works prices. Not including packing and any otheradditional costs.

4) COMPLAINTS - Complaints for defective materialmust be effected in writing and within the legal termsor they will be considered null. In case of complaintsthe buyer is not anyhow entitled to stop or delay pay-ments. Debit notes for refounds of damages to ob-jects or persons as well as deliveries are not ac-cepted. Any claims should be notified within 8 daysfrom receipt of our order confirmation, otherwise itwill be considered as accepted in all its parts.

5) INTERESTS - It is understood that interests haveto be agreed and accepted, in occasion of late pay-ments, according to the current average terms, ap-plied by the Shipper’s blanks.

6) CONDITIONAL SALES - We reserve the right ofproperty on goods sold until the whole payment hasbeen effected together with the settlement of even-tual interests and accessoires. The grant of a bill orits eventual renewal cannot be considered as a de-finitive payment of the preice and will be subjectedto collection.

7) PLACE OF JURISDICTION - All disputes whichmay arise in relation to the sales shall be governedby the italian Law and the Law Court of Bologna shallhave the sole jurisdiction. The supplier reserve thright to choose, as place od jurisdiction, thepurchaser’s place of residence being the final des-tination of goods supplied.

8) NO RETURNS OF MATERIAL WILL BE ACCEPTEDunless previously authorised in writing from ourSociety.

9) PRICE LIST - This current price list cancels andreplaces all the previous ones.

ALLGEMEINE VERKAUFSBEDINGUNGEN

1) GARANTIE - Wir gewähren eine Garantie von einemJahr ab dem Rechnungsdatum des Produkts. Sie be-schränkt sich ausschließlich auf die kostenlose Repara-tur bzw. den kostenlosen Ersatz der von uns als defektanerkannten Teile. Bei Reklamation entsteht dem Käuferkein Recht auf Stornierung bzw. Reduzierung der Aufträ-ge und ebenso kein Anspruch auf die irgendwelche Ent-schädigungen unsererseits. Die Rücknahme in Garantiedes zu reparierenden bzw. defekten Materials erfolgt nur,wenn uns die Ware frachtfrei zurückgesendet wird. DerKunde erhält das Material dann per Nachnahme zurück.Der Garantieanspruch verfällt, wenn die als defekt zurück-gesandten Teile manipuliert oder repariert wurden. UnterManipulation versteht man auch die Montage des Motorsaußerhalb unseres Werks. Unsere Garantie deckt keineSchäden oder Defekte in Folge von äußeren Einflüssen,Wartungsmängeln, Überlastungen, ungeeignetenSchmierstoffen, Fehlern bei Wahl des Typs, Montage-fehlern und Transportschäden, die durch den Auftragge-ber oder den von diesem beauftragten Transporteur ver-ursacht werden, da der Versand stets auf Kosten undGefahr des Auftraggebers erfolgt.

2) TRANSPORT - Die Ware versteht sich in jeder Hin-sicht – auch rechtsmäßig – bei Verlassen unseres Werksoder unserer Lager als vom Kunden angenommen (aus-geliefert). Der Transport der Ware geht steht zu Lastenund Gefahr des Käufers, auch bei Verkauf der Ware mitder Klausel “frei Bestimmungsort” und auch bei Ausliefe-rung mit Transportmitteln und Transportführern des Ver-käufers.

3) PREISE - Unsere Firma behält sich das Recht vor, ihrePreise (auch wenn bestätigt) jederzeit zu ändern, wenndies in Folge von Schwankungen der Markt- undProduktionslage erforderlich sein sollte. Die Preislistebezieht sich auf Ware ab unser Werk exklusive Verpak-kung oder sonstige Kosten.

4) REKLAMATIONEN - Eventuelle Reklamationen oderBeanstandungen werden nur akzeptiert, wenn sie inschriftlicher Form und innerhalb der gesetzlich vorgese-henen Fristen erfolgen. Der Käufer kann daraus nicht dasRecht ableiten, die Zahlungen einzustellen oder zu ver-schieben. Anlastungen von Entschädigungen aufgrundvon Personen- und Sachschäden oder Liefer-verzögerungen werden nicht akzeptiert. Wenn innerhalbvon 8 Tagen ab Erhalt unserer Auftragsbestätigung keineReklamation eingeht, gilt die Lieferung in all ihren Teilenals angenommen.

5) ZINSEN - Es gilt als ausdrücklich vereinbart, dass dieZinsen bei jedem Zahlungsverzug entsprechend dendurchschnittlichen Konditionen des Zinssatzes festgesetztund akzeptiert werden, den die Bankinstitute zu diesemZeitpunkt dem Verkäufer gewähren.

6) EIGENTUMSVORBEHALT - Die Ware steht bis zurZahlung des gesamten Kaufpreises nebst eventueller Zin-sen und Nebenkosten unter Eigentumsvorbehalt. DieAusstellung von Wechseln und eventuelle, auch teilwei-se Verlängerungen dürfen weder als Novation noch alsendgültige Zahlung des Kaufpreises, außer bei effektiverEinlösung, angesehen werden, noch gilt dadurch der Ei-gentumsvorbehalt als beeinträchtigt.

7) GERICHTSSTAND - Es gilt als ausdrücklich angenom-men, dass alle Rechtstreitigkeiten aus oder im Zusam-menhang mit diesem Verkaufsgeschäft, auch derogato-risch, an die Justizbehörde Bologna als alleinigen Ge-richtsstand verwiesen werden. Der Verkäufer kann jedochnach eigener Wahl die Gerichtsbehörde am Ort bzw.Wohnsitz des Käufers bzw. am Ort, wo sich der Liefer-gegenstand befindet, anrufen.

8) RÜCKGABEN - RÜCKGABEN VON MATERIALIENWERDEN NUR ANGENOMMEN, wenn dafür eine schrift-liche Genehmigung unserer Firma erteilt wurde.

9) PREISLISTE - Die derzeit gültige Preislisteannuxzlliert und ersetzt alle vorhergehenden.
