OPTICAL   ILLUSION   DRAWING Art   I   -   Vallecorsa DUE   Complete   at   the   end   of   class   today  OBJECTIVE Use   your   drawing,   coloring   and   shading   skills   to   complete   an   optical   illusion   drawing   in   class   today with   one   partner.  DIRECTIONS 

1. Choose   a   partner   to   work   with   on   this   drawing.      Write   both   of   your   names   on   the   back   of   the poster   board,   along   with   your   Period   number.      (Ex.   John   Smith   &   Paul   Bunyon,   PD   2) 

2. Use   your   laptop   to   look   up   an   interesting   optical   illusion   drawing   on   the   internet.      This   should take   no   more   than   10   minutes. 

3. Using   the   white   poster   board   on   the   side   table,   draw   the   optical   illusion   -   be   sure   it   takes   up   the entire   poster   board. 

4. Using   the   colored   pencils,   render   the   drawing   complete.      If   the   optical   illusion   is   only   black   and white,   use   the   sharpies   located   on   the   side   table.      There   should   be   NO   PENCIL   showing   in   the final   drawing. 

5. If   you   complete   the   drawing   early,   you   may   continue   to   draw   in   your   sketchbook. 6. Do   not   work   on   other   class   work   besides   Art. 7. This   assignment   is   due   at   the   end   of   class   today.      Please   turn   in   your   drawing   to   the   TEACHER   -
