OPTIM BLUE WIPES OPTIM ® BLUE Quick Reference Guide Clean Before Disinfecting 1. Pull out OPTIM BLUE towelette at a 45 degree angle. Close lid. 2. Clean surface with towelette to remove organic matter or visible blood. If surface is not heavily soiled, clean surface with one side of the wipe, disinfect surface with the reverse side of the wipe and allow surface to remain wet for the contact time indicated on the label. 3. If surface is heavily soiled, discard used towelette and disinfect the pre-cleaned surface with fresh towelette and allow surface to remain wet for the contact time indicated on label. 3 SPRAY • WIPE • SPRAY 1. Spray OPTIM BLUE onto Stat-Wipes or equivalent dry wipe* . 2. Wipe visible soil with Stat-Wipes or equivalent dry wipes to clean surface. Discard soiled towelette. 3. Spray OPTIM BLUE onto Stat-Wipes and wipe pre-cleaned surface* . Allow the disinfectant to remain wet on the surface for the contact time indicated on the label. * IMPORTANT: Do not allow OPTIM BLUE to pool on surfaces. OPTIM may cause discolouration or damage if over applied on soft metals like brass or copper, anodized aluminum and soft plastic. Use of gloves with corn starch may cause yellowing of surfaces. Use of gloves with high levels of sulphur residue may cause a foul odour. Dental Association guidelines recommends the use of utility gloves when cleaning and disinfecting surfaces. OPTIM BLUE is safe to use: No caution, danger or warning required on labels. OPT IM BLUE has been tested as a Cleaner Disinfectant. After switching to OPTIM, surfaces need to be periodically rinsed with water (recommended no less than once per week)! Clean Before Disinfecting

1. Pull out OPTIM BLUE towelette at a 45 degree angle. Close lid.

2. Clean surface with towelette to remove organic matter or visible blood. If surface is not heavily soiled, clean surface with one side of the wipe, disinfect surface with the reverse side of the wipe andallow surface to remain wet for the contact time indicated on the label.
