STEER Twin Screw co-rotating side feeders

are designed to feed dry materials into the

extruder processing zone. The side

feeders, feature multi-spline shafts with

modular screw segments providing

maximum flexibility regarding screw pitch,

material of construction and screw

replacement, to enhance feeding low-bulk

density materials.

Side Feeder Barrel comes with cooling provision with

a wide range of MOC to suite various applications

like powder or glass fibre feeding to the main

processing zone of extruder.

Due to its wide range of screw diameter side feeder

can be easily adapted to any OEM extruder.

Compact design with a base frame on castor wheels

with locking provision. Optionally in condition with

space constraint. It can be mounted on a swivelling

base frame bolted directly to the extruders machine

base or can be provided on guideways which

provides extremely easy handling.
