- Customer has inbound call center and processes credit card gifts over the

phone directly in Blackbaud CRM

• Must use add payment form for immediate processing

• If you don’t mark the “Authorize Card on Save” checkbox, gift is

created and saved but the card is never charged

- No way to get back to the credit card details because of PCI Compliance

• Donor Relations concerns to then have to call the donor back and get

their credit card information again

Allow you to place one or more attributes on a data form to aid in data entry

Need to know the name of the form and attribute category

May only have one tab per form

Attribute category must be the same record type as the form (e.g. can only add a constituent attribute to a constituent form)
