Optional/elective courses are grouped into two i.e. Rural Development Management Group (RDMG) and Rural Enterprise Management Group

(REMG). 3. Of the 6 credits of optional/elective courses, every participant must choose at least 2 credits from each Group. This is meant to ensure a balanced

learning of the varied domain of Rural Management. 4. A participant may additionally register up to 1 credit equivalent course(s) as audit per term. The fee for auditing a 0.5 credit course is Rs.5000/- and

for a full credit course it is Rs. 10,000/-. This fee will have to be deposited during the week immediately following the mid-term examinations of the respective classroom term.

5. The evaluation grade obtained in an audit course will be indicated separately in the final grade sheet/transcript, but will not be included in calculating the CGPA, either for the classroom term or in overall.

6. Participants are advised to consult with concerned faculty members for obtaining clarifications or any information additional to what is announced by the PRM office.

7. Participants are required to fill in the online course registration form (including audit courses) latest by 28th October, 2015. 8. Minor changes in registration (not exceeding two courses) are permissible in the first week of the starting of the classroom term and in the first week

immediately after the mid-term examinations. These changes must be notified in writing on or before lunch time of Friday of the concerned week. No change would be permitted thereafter.

9. In case of migration out of a course the attendance of that course would be transferred to the new course being migrated into. 10. Minimum registration of 20 participants is required for a course to remain in offer. Pre-registration (to be completed by 28th October, 2015) data
