Options Resourcing are a privately owned and independent
recruitment specialist operating within the Construction,
M&E and FM Maintenance marketplaces.
We provide professional recruitment services across our
specialist industries from our regional network of branches
in London, Haywards Heath, Southampton, Bristol, Exeter,
Rugby and Cardiff.
Our growth and ongoing development is achieved through

The Building Services environment provides a wide range
of challenges to our clients, from both Hard and Soft FM
services, and our in-depth knowledge continues to support
our clients where the skills and abilities of their teams are
critical to their contractual delivery requirements.
Within Building Services maintenance (hard services) we
provide engineers across multiple disciplines, all of whom
are interviewed and technical tested by us prior to interview
