Aluminium Height Extensions

• Increase Tub Volume

• No Modification to tub is needed.

• Can be removed and replaced as needed.

Disc Brakes

• This is often an option of personal

preference.

Hendrickson AAT25K Suspension

• This is our standard suspension.

Hendrickson AAT30K Suspension

• This is a heavier suspension that is used

in more demanding and rougher

applications.

Stainless Fenders

• Can replace our standard plastic fenders.

• They look great

• Can be ordered in either a smooth or

ribbed design.

Release Agent Tank

• Primarily used to hold liquid that softens

asphalt.

• Helps keep asphalt from sticking to tub.

LED Work Lights

• A set of rear-facing lights that help

brighten the rear of the trailer at night.

Flow Control

• Can be either a detent or a dial.

• Used to speed up or slow down the

conveyor as the job demands.

Knife Gate

• Narrows the opening to restrict the flow

of material out the rear of the trailer.

Compression Locks

• Used to lock the back door and keep it

from opening during transport.

Asphalt Chute

• Attached at the rear, the asphalt chute

helps to divert the asphalt further into a

shuttle buggy or a spreader.

Spreader Attachment

• Allows a controlled even flow of material

at a constant width to be applied on the

job.

Shouldering Attachment

• Used for roadside shouldering and

washouts to increase the trailer’s

efficiency and versatility.

Air Weigh Scale

• A great tool to measure weight on the

truck or trailer to help maximize pay load.

Cleral Scale

• A great tool to measure weight on the

truck or trailer to help maximize pay load.

Tub Liners

• 1. Aggregate Liner: helps to extend the

wear life of the tub. Often used in older

trailers.

• 2. Hot Product Liner: Helps to extend life

of tub and helps keep asphalt up to

temperature.

• Both liners are available in ¼” and 3/8”

varieties.

Beacon Strobe Lights

• Mounted at the top of the tub for extra

safety and visibility on the worksite.

Release Agent Hose Reel

• Is an addition to the Release Agent Tank.

• It keeps the wand from getting tangled

and dragging.

Mirrored Stainless Package

• A cosmetic package that replaces the

Standard aluminium panels with mirrored

finish panels.

Recessed Tailgate

• Used for a tighter seal on the door and

conveyor.

Tub Vibrator

• Sometimes used when hauling a sticky

material that requires some extra help

getting to the conveyor to unload.

Grain Chute

• Used to control the flow of material into

an auger system or grate.

• Available in either aluminium or Vinyl

Wireless Remote

• Allows the wireless operation of the

Shuttle Floor Trailer.

• Operate the trailer from inside or outside

the cab.

Cat Walk

• Normally at the front of the trailer,

the cat walk allows the operator to

oversee the loading or unloading of the

trailer.

Double Barn Doors

• Used when overhead restrictions are

impeding the lift of the standard rear

door.
