Overview • Opus One:

• Founded in 1991 by Robert Mondavi and Baron Phillipe de Rothschild as a 50/50 joint venture

• One wine, Bordeaux blend, primary varietal is Cabernet Sauvignon

• 4 Estate vineyards totaled at 170 acres

• Aged in New French Oak for 18 months followed by another 15 months in bottle until it is released on October 1st each year.
