Scope of Work

Activities involved• Design of MEP services – Due diligence of design, BOQ and specifications.– Conceptual design & Detail Design– Project Brief – Design Concept Co-ordination– Design Process Management– Information Review– Value inputs in design for cost cutting and ease of construction.– Time management in design process.

• Value Engineering– Evaluation of services design and providing inputs.– Assist in planning and design of HVAC, FPS, PHE, STP, WTP and water harvesting.– Assist in getting green construction techniques in application.

Design / Design Validation

• Responsible for Testing & commissioning ( Audits) and overseeing the installation of systems, plants and/or equipment.

• Typical tasks include:o making improvements to and offering advice about operational procedureso scheduling and coordinating work to tight deadlineso ensuring that equipment works to its specificationo creating and carrying out test procedureso investigating problems, diagnosing/repairing faultso troubleshootingo liaising with installation/project engineerso writing reports and documentationo providing technical support• ensuring safe working conditions• handing over the plants / equipment's as the norms.

• Past experience with organizations having varied Cethar Residential & commercial Complex, including Kodai residential complex amongst others.

• Worked in close collaboration with the service partners like CDS, Cethar, Cognizant and other major companies and has understanding of lead norms and green certification of building/campuses. Had designed3.5 million square feet area.

•C license holder for M & E services, Quality Audits, Vendor Management, executing high quality projects within required time frame and budget.

• Joined as Project Manager - Integrated Projects to manage the Projects vertical

• Over 20 years of extensive experience in MEP, Interiors finishing and implementation of large scale infrastructure projects.

• Holds an MBA degree from Anna University .

• Past experience with organizations having varied business interests, including Tata, HLL and EM dekors ( Middle East ) amongst others.

• Had constructed/leased 2.5 million square feet area.
