∆ OPENING HYMN I Will Sing of My Redeemer #309
AFFIRMATION OF FAITH Eric Phillips Leader: What comfort does “the resurrection of the body” give you?
All: That after this life my soul shall be immediately taken up to Christ, and that this flesh of mine, raised by the power of Christ, shall be reunited with my soul, and be conformed to the glorious body of Christ.
Leader: What comfort does “life everlasting” give you?
All: That, since I now feel in my heart the beginning of eternal joy, I shall possess, after this life, perfect blessedness, which no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of people conceived, and thereby praise God forever. (Heidelberg Catechism 4.057-4.058)

forecast shows the BIGGEST MEATBALL MAYHEM in
Lakeland! We will start with a nice spaghetti & meatball
dinner...then spaghetti & meatball games! These games will be
messy so we need everyone to bring a change of clothes. We will
end the night with the movie, “Cloudy with a chance of
Meatballs”. Invite your friends for a free evening filled with fun
and lots of laughs! You may never want to see another meatball
after tonight! See Jeff Davis to sign-up.

If you are in need of additional spiritual food &
thinking about trying a Sunday School class, we hope you
will consider The Present Word! This class, which meets in
the library, utilizes traditional quarterly curriculum available
from PCUSA. Pull up a chair, grab a pastry & a cup of
coffee, and join the Present Word Sunday School Class as
we begin our new study for the quarter, focusing on the
book of John. This Gospel presents a unique perspective on
the life and ministry of Jesus. Despite a new curriculum,
newcomers & visitors are always welcome.
Adult Sunday School
You are invited to take a time-out with friends for fellow-
