PREFACEOrganization Structure Training plays a very important role in the MBA course of the students because this study will
help the student to have a clear knowledge of what is an organization and what are the major factors that lead to
tructuring of the organization and how a good organization structure will be enable in achieving the objectives
ffectively and efficiently. This study will also reinforce the theoretical knowledge acquired in terms of applications.
The duration of the training is 30 days before the commencement of the classes. What we have learned in the training
s submitted in the form of report to the HoD by the student. This report is for the same purpose.

It gives me immense pleasure in expressing my deep gratitude to Mr. Vikas Sharma, Sr. GM, HR for
allowing me in to undergo training in BHIWANI TEXTILE LIMITED. Here, I have gained the
knowledge of what is an organization and what are the major factors that lead to structuring of the
organization and how a good organization structure will be enable in achieving the objectives effectively
and efficiently.
