• Sell yourself in a honest way; • We hire only entry level, no work experience is required; • We encourage you to present all the school related projects and extra-curricular activities you have participated at; • When you compare yourself, take as point of reference your colleagues with similar age; • The test is not time limited, so you can take as much time as needed; • Be careful, even if it is a personality test, it can be failed!

REASONING TESTThis test measures your reasoning skills using numerical, logic-based & figural reasoning type questions.

Reasoning Test – 40 questions in 65 minutes

• Practice of other GMAT tests or similar ones based on math, logic and figures;

• Start with the type of exercises you feel most comfortable with;

• Track your time to be sure you pass through all the questions;

• Be fast in trying to answer all the questions, but also accurate, as what matters in the end are the correct responses;

• Leave at least 5 minutes to complete and check your answers.

“Success Driver Assessment: The key to the on-line assessment is an objective evaluation of your strengths and opportunities. An important tip here is not to be too modest: a hiring manager might appreciate this, but in the end, it’s your skills and achievements that matter and make you a powerful candidate.

Reasoning Test: I treated the RT as a serious exam: I practiced beforehand with similar on-line tests, and tried to find patterns and principles to generalize the answer to each problem. I think the most important thing is to have a clear structure to follow, and know what to look for in each problem to reach the solution. This not only allows you to easily verify your solution at any point, but also greatly reduces the time you need to solve the problems. So, remember: always have a step-by-step approach, which you can drill down if necessary.”
