• Leaders of organization must encourage participation in meeting social responsibilities and quality performances.

• Leaders are responsible for ensuring that computer systems improve, not degrade, the quality of working life.

• When creating a computer system, you must consider the personal and professional development, physical safety, and human dignity of the workers.

• The leadership has the responsibility to clearly define appropriate and inappropriate use of organizational computing resources.

• Although there are not many rules, they are to be fully enforced when established.

• Current system users, potential users and other persons whose lives may be affected by a system must have their needs assessed and incorporated in the statement of requirements.
