PREFACE The primary, root, most important & essential weapons of war crime defence that true citizens can take part in to assist & protect their community & nation are correcting word definitions because clear communication brings understanding before offence can occur by evidence, understanding, resolution & solution in public unity as a humane alternative to unrest. A problem left unfairly unsolved leads to bigger problems. Improved communication can clear up a lot of problems by clear communication alone.

Therefore a true voluntary soldier is a student, researcher, public reporter & educator in digging for the truth as 99% of the voluntary defence efforts. Defence comes by power of unity of the people of reasonable & compassionate thinking. It takes considerable individual effort of developing clear & concise communication to bring millions or billions of people into unity of common truth of a complete definition. At times, the root problems causing war crime is lack of adequate descriptive communication skills, facts & understanding in itself a.k.a. a misunderstanding.

The large part of war crime occurs through unfairness in the court, justice & public service sectors, in the heart of the public system, which is wrongly labeled as being reasonable law or process while the reaction or defence efforts of the persons who are caused suffering by the strategic definition and law omissions are labeled as criminals, or anarchy or having a mental disorder. A whole nation or world can be driven into slavery by lack of communication alone and without the ‘slavists’ using any weapons at all. Likewise the freedom from slavery caused by ‘slavists’ with weapons or enforcing a lack of communication skills is in developing those communication skills. By volunteering your effort today, you will invest in a healthy life for you and after you, like passing the torch in a race. You can be more insightful into the problems of your neighbors and therefore be resolving in supportive and positive, energy building solutions.

Step one is like a voluntary investment. Children learn to speak & the meaning of the words used before learning to read. Then they rarely go back after learning to read to see what the dictionary says to what they think the word means through verbal use. When you look at the dictionary closely & analytically, you get a surprise of enlightenment of enabling crime under the guise of law through omissions. The words used, invented and improved today will direct the equality of protection & health of tomorrow. The national benefit is not instant, as it could be in a specific issue in a court of law and it is self rewarding to improve your own understanding and therefore ability to respond to society issues of need. REASONS FOR REPAIRING OMISSIONS IN OUR LAWS Developing Our One Inclusive Law Code of Conduct & Equal Respects “Laws” & Protocols repairs of every section in one Book Defining persons present in the our Nation

Resolving issues in courts fairly are really truly not complicated but the court system is made complicated and hides secret war crimes against the general population by foreign infiltrators such as the Illegitimate Monarchies and their differently labeled organizations. Allowances of “Freedoms granted” for their crimes against citizens are woven into law by intentional strategic Omission of meaning and description. Most people do not get upset at a court system when decisions are fair. A reasonable and honest system would have no reason to make unfair decisions that deprive citizens of the right to their, property, children, Freedoms and right to life. I have spoke to people who were actually guilty of a crime felt that the jail sentence was fair. In fair decisions, the court

buildings wouldn’t need “additional’ policing. The need for additional policing in these buildings appears as a direct result of those authorities own intent to commit crime against the people through “criminal court orders” and they then prepare to deal with the possible backlash of normal expected behavior as a result of this abuse. Ontario courts have announced Jul. 2008, that millions more of tax paying dollars is going into police forces. We don’t need to drain more money to the Monarchies to avoid justice, we need to repair the word and law omissions then we will require less funding to govern. More enforcement of criminal law omissions is equal to intensions of illegal attack.

Additional court officers are not directed inside court buildings to police “equally” all crime while the public file court papers with clerks who are supposed to also be equal true members of the public. The clerks don’t get charged with tampering with documents and feel free to damage submissions after you file it but before it gets to the judge. They can discard your submissions entirely and no one will say boo to them. They can go home smiling at success of damages. The officers inside the court buildings are instructed to fail to see any crime committed by persons employed in the building under the direction of the foreign Monarchy via their various labeled organizations like Freemasons who are some of the judges while ready for quick arrest or to document for computer generating libel without your knowledge and without arrest or right of defence of the materials recorded of people who are filing cases upon any unfair accusation of the employees.

Judges can also decide between themselves to hand down instructions to the security guards on how to treat the litigants in the building to create aggravating circumstances in addition to the stress of the hearings and instigate where they ought not to which is criminal stalking, mischief, “gangism” and attempt obstruction and possibly obstruct justice. They know the upcoming court decisions are going to become worse in strangling the people and it will become blatantly obvious to even those who have tried desperately to cling to denial of the issues that the Monarchies are apparently stealing property and children under the guise law and using the court buildings as foreign war crime bases against their targets, the general people. In this knowledge becoming obvious, criminals in position of authority would see that the additional officers are ordered rather then the option of running a fair unbiased governing system. It is fraud that the general citizens are forced to fund the officers at the courts due to the willing intent to fail resolutions and protection to the citizens from crimes of the court employees and their stalking family members and associates.

Ambush war crime attacks can be enact by persons who’ve taken a position of a judge under the intent of High Treason sec. 46. (2)(a)(d). ccc. and would be working with a volume of others with that common and unspoken intent due to long standing previous agreements and organization training. The method of attack can be i. issuance of criminal court orders ii. public service system computer and systematic libel, and iii. laws written specifically for enabling crime and criminalizing efforts of defence. Criminals know some otherwise normal people will reasonably and humanly become shocked and enraged at the psychopathic devastation and losses they will suffer in this undercurrent system in criminal intent. The Monarchies are fraudulently writing and instructing into law “by intentional omission” that we have to appear to be happy willing victims of our own demise and even finance these types of secret organized crimes against our children and property by redirections of the intended contracted purposes of authorities.

Too many citizens are unaware of the urgency of protections needed until they actually need them and should have the information already accessible in front of them and to have no excuse not to be informed in ability to exercise reasonable thinking. This section of law study of omissions and repair can be studied in spare time, can be shared with friends and neighbors and can be implemented with great depth of study in cases of urgent need for legal protection.

Laws are true and enforceable if the majority of the true citizens have voiced their free and unified acceptance of the laws, if they are deemed reasonable by the true Canadian people and respect the Supremacy of God. At that point we can forcibly take back our children from under the name and presence of the Queen and her criminally organized, and those who are morally unacceptable in principle by incest and pedophilia etc. of Monarchies extended relatives and those under her “criminally omitting and permissive” direction. The laws are being dictated

to us without informing us of the consequences. We are anti-socially ignored when we do become aware of and voice. We have rampant crime against us by persons who’ve sworn foreign, alternative and criminal allegiances as a result. We need to become effective as a body of people called general citizens.

When we have a reasonable final model of each statute, true Canadians can vote on it’s acceptance for it’s governing over themselves and their nation and simply bypass the criminal opinion of foreign infiltrators. We have the right to reasonable protections that can “be shown” that we ought to have innately. We can simply reject the foreign model as unreasonably and defective for fraudulent purposes of crime. It is in violation of a true Canadian principle to allow immorality and crime to cultivate, succeed or prosper.

This section is the same type of corrections you will find in the Dictionary Appendix called the Dictionary Power Chain and they interconnect with each other in a manner that aid in the other as one large connected undercurrent or limbo. This law repair section is an enormous job but not so if we all do our part and pass the positive effort into the future.

When you are defending yourself in court documents or in any communications you can attach the full word definitions you intend to your documents to be relied on. When war crime attacks are gradual and hidden by guises of peace keeping, business, family or public services, the targets or victims can easily fail to respond in defence or fail to know when to respond or even fail to know the identities of the root source attacking them and even further fail to understand the strategies of attack. This is a complete sitting duck position. These dictionary corrections and the ones you will add play a “big part” of answering the questions of defence. The definitions we are using as a base are flawed like sand under the foundation of our house and nothing we build on top of it will be strong without first going back to the beginning and fixing the foundation. This foundation is in the hands of publishing companies of the dictionaries and not in the courts although the definitions affect court decisions entirely. Note: When you get into it, and really think about these and more definitions and rethink them, it can improve all other areas of your life including in verbal conversation, in understanding problems of loved ones, how to handle dangerous and stressful circumstances, greatly improve response time and effectiveness in serious or life threatening ordeals. Knowing definitions to the fullest can put you in the drivers seat of your communication. It changes you from being a “yes man”, a follower or a tool of others use to being assertive in your own decisions, formulation of principles and individual choices. By working on this section and sharing it you can be effective in building a strong and peaceful national foundation. Build you personal and individual Public Police Plan: the true undivided public in unity hold the true right of final decisions, not the foreign monarchies. Take what you agree with from here and then continue in building your dictionary to the truest meaning you can. Most of the Resource Centers do actively and forcefully refuse access to persons who need to defend in legal matters an cannot afford a lawyer, persons who need to defend against organized rings of crime of which law does not adequately cover, and or for studies in benefit and protection of the nation. Those social and protection issues appear barred from use of the tax funded equipment meant for community unity. In the English language there are often many meanings to a word and also over time language evolves. Apr. 22, 2009 CTV asks a poll as a result of the torturous repetitive water boarding of a detainee connected with 9/11. In my opinion torture is never a good option. In even extreme cases whereas the death penalty is fair in balance of public safety, there is no need for torture. In death penalty cases, there would need in my view to be unstoppable malicious intent, absolute unquestionable proof of guilt, open transparency for the public to examine the evidence and full opportunity for the accused to have freedom of speech to the public through the processes. Deliberations of death penalty cases should not be decided by a single judge or a close knit group of persons with one common principle but should be decided by a large number of varying fully informed opinions and beliefs explored to come to a healthy balance. A person who is a predator type or connected to offenders may be feeling extra soft and leaving the public at risk, persons who have been victims may be over emotional, jump to conclusion or take out their grief. I have not seen any evidence or heard the point of view of the accused in the 9/11 case and therefore to me he is possibly innocent or framed. Water boarding is an overt act of torture but there is many forms of torture occurring in more organized hidden ways. The courts should be openly exposing evidence to the public of cases that detrimentally affect the life of the accused or their family in the right to be fully informed. Through school, public services and media there appears to be a common intent of a few criminally organized families to seize tyrannically all others.
