Communication and Commitment for TCCP Workshop Gain commitment of a local pastor to be the City Coordinator for TCCP. The City Coordinator invites thirty pastors from a diverse array of evangelical churches to attend the first workshop on organizing the TCCP in the city. At the end of the First workshop on Organizing a TCCP, encourage all pastors in attendance to become a member of the Organizing Board. At the end of the first workshop, the City Coordinator leads the first meeting of the Organizing Board (see agenda).

What is required for an effective TCCP? TCCP leaders in each country must be committed to a vision for saturation church planting throughout that country. Each TCCP must include all the evangelical churches possible located in the community. It must not be limited to one or two denominations or church groups. Each student church planter must carry out all of the Action Plans found at the end of Omega Course lessons.

What is required for an effective TCCP? Each student church planter must have a mentor. Students must emphasize personal evangelism in the target area in which they are planting a new church. Each new TCCP must be started by holding a workshop for ten to thirty pastors from a variety of denominations. Each TCCP must be led by a Local Coordinator and a team of other coordinators as discussed in the Organizing TCCP handout.
