Some happy rules

Working guide

Your workload will be at least 9 hours/week. It means at least 3 hours/day,

consisting of 2 hours teaching and 1 hour preparing for at least 3 days (normally

it would be 6 days) during the week.

You will also be assigned to organize special events which may cost you more

time for preparation and some weekends for attending events.

You can only go travelling on your days off. However, any traveling plans or

personal activities of yours must NOT affect the class schedule.

You MUST be at class at least 15 minutes earlier.

Inform your supporter and OC Content at least 3 hours before class about

lateness.

If you cannot come to class (absent) for personal reasons, you have to inform

your supporter AND OC Content 1 week in advance. You also have to find

someone to substitute for you in that class.

Contact your supporter or we also call TAs (teaching assistant) for any kind of

help in class (i.e. in terms of equipment, communication with students, or ideas

for class activities, etc.) and OC content for any support in teaching.

Contact OC content or OCP immediately if you have any trouble or difficulty

with the students or TAs and find the solutions together.
