-The Attendance Sheet shall be administered by the Class Marcher (CM) 10 minutes before the start of the classroom instruction.
-The Class Marcher shall marked those students who failed to sign in the Attendance Sheet as “absent” or “on Pass”.
- Late comers shall approach the Class Marcher for them to sign in the Attendance Sheet.
- The Original Copy of the Attendance Sheet shall be submitted by the CM to the Professor at the end of the class and a duplicate copy to the Course Coordinator
- up to forty (40) hours only
-request for special examinations in excess to 40 hrs shall be disapproved and absences shall be considered deductible
Any student who will incur more than 40 HOURS UNAUTHORIZED absence shall be subjected to Academic Board Deliberation and subsequently be RETURNED TO UNIT (RTU).

AUTHORIZED ABSENCE - not higher than 75% - (if Requested for Special Examination)
No Request for Special Exam - 0
UNAUTHORIZED ABSENCE - 0
Grades indicated in the Report of Rating of the subject shall be automatically converted to
Zero (0) if the student is “absent/on pass” during the classroom instruction even if the student was able to comply the requirement of the subject.
This includes those students who failed to reflect their signature on the attendance sheet of the subject.

Failure in any of the following shall bea ground for automatic deferment for graduation:

5. 1st , 2nd and 3rd Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
2. Police Tactics/Basic Combat Training (ISO)

EDUCATIONAL TOUR IS OPTIONAL
-Police/Fire/Jail Officers who are on DS at the PPSC
- They shall comply with 70% attendance out of the total training duration of the course.
- They shall be declared as non-competitive students on the Final Order of Merit (FOM)
All academic concerns shall be course through to the respective Course Coordinator.
-shall be acknowledged and addressed only by the ATAO if communicated in writing.
