Thanks for the heads up!
That's about the best price you're gonna find on a 2625 RD.
I bought mine from SHOP back in 08 for this price and I love the watch!
Awesome lumes. I switched over to an Italian rubber strap and now I wear mine in the pool occasionally.
Word of advice to my fellow Geeks: BUY THIS ONE FOR YOUR COLLECTION!
To Heck with the latest quartz "Sea Cucumber" or whatever,....for $428.00 this is one of
Invicta's finest!

the 2625 is truely one of invicta's timeless wonders... it has been a mainstay in my collection
that I will pass down to my son one day. Get it if you can!

I own 6 RDs with this mechanical Unitas movement, and all I can say is each one works
perfectly. They are smooth, dependable and very accurate. I love each one from the
titanium to the "big square". If you are able, don't hesitate to pick one up. You will not be
sorry.

That is one of my all time favorite watches, and I wouldn't part with mine for twice that money.

I looks like a great watch! I wish I could wear it. It looks too big.
The listing on the Shop doesn't give any specs on its actual size. It's nice enough as a wall clock with that beautiful Unitas movement.

I had to do it. I have 9 RDs so this will make the 10th. I have from the 7750 to the gold/blue
mechanical to square one to the Flame LED I couldn't pass having the very 1st RD in my
collection. This price is what I paid from my gold one on a once only. There is only 4 left I'd
much reather have this than a PD. I can't wait to get it. They are so easy to wear.

Does the canteen look different to you guys? It does not seem to stick out as much as my #2625... it seems more flush to the case. Are these newer production?
Photos of mine...

Yours looks like it has the extra bottom on it in the picture anyway. It also goes all the way
down to the case side

the original release of this watch has the larger canteen... the newer versions have a smaller canteen crown protector.. I think this was requested since the large canteen probably was to
much for some righties!! by me being a lefty I have no issues how big the crown is...

Wimps!! They just didn't wear it long enough to develop the necessary callous on the back
of their hand...

I can't imagine they locked this for just a few watches. Why bother showing the watch if you don't have more than a few to sell? I'll bet they just sold out.

Do you think these could of been returns or repaired watches that were gone over now for
sale. Does anyone know how many they started out with to put them in the show.

Without a doubt the finest RD ever made. The anniversary is a beauty too, but there is
something about the simplicity of the dial and that deep blue ionic plate behind the dial as
seen through the open skelly back that just makes this version a step above the rest. A true classic and one of my favorite Invicta's ever !! No second hand or nine eater, nothing but
dial and lumed numbers and one crown to open and wind .. a beautiful balance of
harmonious timekeeping !! And, a joy to wear.

Yes. been wanting this one for years. I have Debaufre NavB with a Unitas 6497, but it is not
heavily skeleltonized like the RD Unitas 6478.
