The Ventil ORION portable test systems are used for testing the strength, tightness and integrity of valves, pipes,

vessels, cylinmders, actuators and all other pressure containers. The high quality ‘plug and play’ test systems are

packed in a robuust carrying case and can therefore be used on-site or in-shop.

The air driven pump, piping, valves and fittings are made of high quality Stainless Steel materials. The

accurate pressure gauge has a 6” cage diameter, is completed with safety glass and delivered with a

calibration certificate.

The test system is completed with quick coupler connections for the liquid inlet, high pressure outlet

and draining. The set is standard completed with a high pressure hose for connecting the test system

to the test object. A ‘kill switch’ is installed to make sure that the operator remains with the test

system when the test object is being pressurized.
