A seasoned strategic thinker, Mr. Manjit has been on the board of directors of

several companies and was the chairperson for several social and cultural

organizations.

MR. GYAN PRAKASH DUBEYCHIEF OPERATING OFFICERMr. Dubey has a B.Tech in civil engineering and postgraduate diploma in

construction management with three decades of experience in the real estate

sector. He has worked for the biggest names in the industry including DLF and

Ansals. His signature projects include DLF City, Sushant Lok, TDI City and Wave

Hitech City. He is also a member of the prestigious Fellow Member of Institution of

Valuers (FIV) and International Council of Consultants (ICC), amongst many others.

EBIDTA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization), legal and

statutory compliances with years of leasing experience with the government and

MR. ASHWANI SAREENVICE PRESIDENT- SALES & MARKETINGMr. Sareen completed his MBA from IMT Ghaziabad & Senior Management Program

from IIM Calcutta. As Vice President, Sales and Marketing, he leads a passionate team

that manages channel partner relationship, big-ticket size investment, corporate

leasing and business development activities. In his 10 years of professional career, he

has held leadership positions with organizations like Global Foger, Curo India, Emaar

MGF & DLF Universal Ltd.
