Course participants are briefed on effective instructional approaches and the effective use of visual aids and handouts. This course allows the student to become a trainer in the OSHA Outreach Training Program and to conduct both 10 and 30 Hour construction safety and health courses and to issue cards to participants after verifying course completion.

• Return completed form with a copy of all required documentation to [email protected]

• Once Approved, you will receive an email response with a confirmation code and registration information.

NOTE:Students in course #500 who wish to participate as authorized trainers in the OSHA Outreach Training program must prepare a presentation on an assigned OSHA Construction Outreach topic individually or as part of a group and successfully pass a written exam at the end of the course.

As of April 1, 2009, the prerequisite to take the OSHA 500 is an OSHA 510 Course. The 30-hour card is NOT an acceptable substitute!

Attendees will be required to provide a copy of the OSHA 510 certificate upon registration (or a previous OSHA 500 certificate if this will be a refresher course).
