• What is an “Emphasis Program” – what are the limitations, what is the “Scope” OSHA operates within . . . ?

• Under WHAT three circumstances can OSHA visit your facility . . . ?• What are the top areas OSHA issues citations in the automotive

industry . . . ?• How to identify what compliance areas your business needs . . . ?• What written programs does your business need in place . . . ?• How to use your current vendors as partners to address OSHA

compliance requirements . . . ?

ROUND-TABLE OF INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS: Dan Standers: Dan is a 3rd generation collision shop operator and had an OSHA inspection in March, thus he will share his experience as well as provide strategies for mitigating compliance obligations; Shane Lane, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) Shane is the manager in charge of the “Emphasis Program” and will provide UNMATCHED insight about the program and OSHA. Chris Johns: Chris has been providing automotive finishes, industry knowledge and business know-how to Collision Repair Facilities for 35 years; Colorado State University – OSHA Compliance Outreach Program: operating under a federal grant CSU will conduct voluntary safety and compliance inspections
